Classic old hotel fully restored. Great location; you can walk to everything downtown and the campus as well.

We never expected to be greeted by a huge German Shepherd IN THE BREAKFAST AREA when we stayed in this pet friendly hotel. We had to step over the dog to get our food! Our room carpet and the breakfast area carpet looked like pets had definitely been in these areas. This hotel is not clean enough for us.Rooms: First of all, our room was not clean. Our stool was rusty. We did not have enough plug-ins to charge phones so, luckily, we had brought an extension cord to extend from the plug-in by the door.

The Murry is such a nice hotel, in the classic style of a 50's hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The location is perfect in the heart of downtown. The staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in Silver City.

Historic lodging in downtown silver city. Basic rooms with limited functionality as to AC, heating and TV. Breakfast offerings are 100% unhealthy factory food.

Unfortunately I had the most horrible time there. The General Manager was rude to me and threatened me when me and my two Pomeranians came out of the elevator. He said if they bark I would be kicked out of the hotel and I’m not to leave them unattended. That was the way he said hello to me. I felt profiled by him because I wasn’t a white older person. As other people had dogs in the hotel because it’s a pet friendly location but it really isn’t. Don’t stay there with your fur babies. The funny thing is that I’ve stayed there before and had no issues but this time it was horrible. I checked out like an hour later and found another place that was kind to me and my dogs. It will be the last time I stay there even though I was born and raised in Silver City.

The Murray Hill Hotel was a historic hotel located in New York City. It was a prominent hotel in the mid-20th century, situated in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan. However, please note that the Murray Hill Hotel no longer operates as a hotel; it has undergone various changes and renovations over the years. If you're looking for information on hotels in the Murray Hill area of New York City, I recommend checking current hotel listings and reviews for up-to-date options.

Horrible and small room with loud air conditioning making noise all night. I wish I could post the video I took of the AC unit.

Art Deco decor was nice, close to shops & room was comfortable and clean. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. 16 people in our group (got the group rate), and we enjoyed the retro lobby to gather b4 & after dinner.

The hotel was wonderful, a real gem right downtown. The room was clean, everything in the room functioned as one would expect. The hotel is from the 1930's, when we were physically smaller, so the bathroom is a little tight, but that is expected with classic hotels. The breakfast area downstairs was physically large but had limited seating. That area and the lobby were a little warm in the morning.Front desk was efficient and helpful, which is kind of amazing as they were also the breakfast worker. They wear lots of hats I guess.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location with easy parking. Bathroom window was missing the screen, and bugs fly in if opened. This needs to be fixed. Cleaning was only fair. Bathroom is old with paint peeling in tub, sink and toilet bowls discolored and worn. The water did take a lot of running before it was warm, and this is a waste. But, it's an old boiler system. We were provided two bath towels and hand towels. Most were very thin. Bed linens were clean. Air conditioner/fan was loudish but worked. Paint kept up, but room carpet needs cleaned. Room chairs were dirty and worn. Lobby and hallways look great.

This was a really charming little hotel. Not a ton of amenities, but everything we saw was very clean, modern and thoughtfully chosen. Our room and bathroom was on the smaller side, but there was enough space for 3 to exist comfortably. Front desk staff was very helpful and always around to answer our questions.

THIS HOTEL REMOVES ITS WINDOW AIR CONDITIONERS IN THE WINTER. You may think "that's no big deal, it's cold at night," and you're probably right as long as you are staying on a lower floor, which we were not. The heat from the lower floors made our room HOT. No apology from the front desk about their blatantly false advertising for A/C, but they provided us a box fan and we were in a corner room so we had 2 windows to create our own air conditioning. Additionally, the hot water was extremely unreliable, we took a couple cold showers before we realized the water will get SLIGHTLY warmer if you let it run for 10-15min first. We only had one shower out of our 3 days there that actually had real hot water. This place had a lot of potential to be cool but sorry, after long days of hiking, hot water and air conditioning are the bare minimums for us.
