Parkings a problem, the room portable cooler whined all night room remained 80 deg. Shower towels exfoliated you at trying to dry like 300 grit. Continental breakfast? Coffee/fruit cups really?

Good room for the price, as expected for a historical hotel. Clean, quiet. The front desk however... I reserved a room through the hotel's website, not a 3rd party, and received my email reservation conformation that stated check-in was at 12 noon. We came into town at 1:30p and tried to check-in. Dawn, at the front desk, told me it was too early (check-in is at 3p). I showed her my email at which time she said there were no clean rooms. She said corporate was aware that the website gave the incorrect check-in time when making reservations. After having driven 4 hours and assuming we could check-in and shower it was pretty disappointing. I will be calling "corporate" and letting them know how I feel.

This was a nice place to stay but there is no parking. You have to find street parking. I would have rated this hotel a 5 if there was parking.

There is no ac in the rooms, was up all night sweeting. Best in winter! Beds hard, I understand they want to keep the old look in the hotel and rooms but it looks rachet, rooms are small. Sorry but I am not coming back to this hotel

Great stay in an old hotel with new updates. I loved the surrounding history, the downtown, the restaurants, museums, etc., all within walking distance from this hotel. The room was very comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly.

This place is like a blast from the past, I can picture this place here on a dusty street in the 1890s very historic!

Stayed at the Murray Hotel for my birthday. It has an old elevator that acts up once in a while. Will not stay on the second floor unless you have a dog. Wish we could have been on the third or 4th floor. Will return again. Liked the free breakfast.
Rooms: The room was lovely. I liked the fact that the tub/shower was in one room and the toilet ? and sink were in a separate room.
Nearby activities: The Hotel is located downtown where there are many shops and some restaurants.
