They look intelligent but they are not when it comes to getting orders right and calling your current Dr for a refill I went in twice and called twice they still got it wrong Ledger a specific refill and got that wrong! See what I mean? Life is to short !

I'm so tired of assuming the pharmacy will be open during it's posted normal weekly hours, especially in a town where there is only one CVS! Messing with people's access to their meds is a problem. There should be back-up pharmacists and staff available. This Is a big chain corporation, not a mom and Pop stand. The resources should be abundant.

They have a shortage in personnel causing backups. I went in to pick up a prescription that had been called in 25 hours before and they said they were too busy to get to it yet. They should hire more people or offer overtime pay to catch up every night

Pharmacy techs have very poor attitude, with the exception of Sunny and the Pharmacist, the other two Hispanic techs very rude! They have no business working with the public!
