My family switched to Genoa Pharmacy from CVS because of the horrible service we were getting, or the lack of, from CVS. The service is like night and day, and we couldn't be happier! The staff at Genoa is so friendly and they actually care and know what they're doing. After closing my account at CVS months ago I am still getting reminder texts that my refills are ready :( I would recommend Genoa Pharmacy to anyone looking for a pharmacy, or looking for a better pharmacy.
