Do not give FedEx your banking information.
I shipped two packages estimated at a total of $74 dollars.
I purchased the labels and dropped off the packages.
Five days later I was billed $189.80, taken directly from my account.
I contacted FedEx and I was told the matter would be reviewed and I would receive an email concerning the inflated charges, several weeks have gone by and nothing.
Do not give UPS your banking information, they will use it to increase the charges to you.
The FedEx or UPS Website should be held responsible but there is no way to do that, when you complain all you get are lies.
BTW, if you use a UPS store the store owner has the right to increase the cost of shipping to whatever percentage they want, at my local store it is almost twice as much as what UPS charges. I don't know about FedEx, it's the Walgreens store, I am going to check out what is going on there.
UPDATE My packages were 36 lbs each, I was billed for 63 lbs each. They refuse to correct their mistake.
I just deleted the FedEx account, you are required to call, you can not do it online.
If you call FedEx you will speak to someone with an Asian accent who has English as a second language making it very difficult to communicate.

I just got back from Walgreens at 5:05 on a Thursday afternoon. My change came to $7.91 and because the teller didn't have any pennies, she gave my 75 cents and said sorry and moved on. I was shocked. I said you have any dimes or nickels. And she said No. I have never heard of a store not giving their customers their change before. I tried to call the Manager when I got home but the number doesn't work. This is about the third time they have done this to me at this store. I think they are scamming or just great mismanagement. I have been going there for over ten years and haven't had this happen. Maybe a penny or two. But never change. I'm going to call their Corporate Office and let them know. I'm angry about it.

Considering the limited number of employees assigned to this store the service is tolerable. Shelves are usually stocked pretty well. But this does not include the pharmacy. The pick-up wait is usually quite long in the store or drive-in. Since they started using a Central Pharmacy for some prescriptions they are not filled as quickly and the employees can't seem to "find them" while you're waiting. They have A LOT of trouble coordinating prescriptrion refills between your doctor and Walgreens. And lately the pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Expect to spend over an hour in the drive through to pick up a prescription. Every single time .

Paid for two day shipping, left my package with them and they just left it on the counter for 6 day before I went in and asked them why they hadn’t shipped it yet.
