“Amazing, dedicated, compassionate staff in the ED! I was there for an adverse reaction to a medication and was very sick and very scared. All of the staff was very kind and didn't make me feel like I was overreacting. They took me right in and I was out a few hours later feeling so much better. “I thought I fractured my hip, fell off of an ebike 2 times really hard. I am 62. I went to the ER, the wait was not bad considering how busy. I had an xray within about 1/2 hour of getting there. The whole visit was about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, not bad. They are understaffed and overworked, but every nurse, doctor, admin, cleaning person, all of them were very professional, competent, nice and I am very grateful for their care. They work very hard, yes...understaffed, yes overworked, but still good care.”

All of the nurses and doctors I saw that day were very kind. I would hope that if anyone is in need of emergency care they would feel comfortable going to Gila Regional Medical Center.”
