The lady that did my nails was very, very OCD in her filing. She was definitely a perfectionist. I will be coming back.

I only go here because they are always open and are able to see me fairly quick. The quality of the technician who does my nails is average at best. For the holidays I had different designs on each nail and she did them by hand. They were not very good. Some were crooked and not well drawn. It took her over an hour to do a fill and paint my nails. I was not happy with the finished product but had already been there to long and didn't feel like waiting any longer. If I can help it I would like to go elsewhere.

I don't think I'm coming back... If you can't get Christine then you're not gonna get good nails... I went in the other day to get nails for christmas and I left so disappointed, she used the color acrylic I asked for but there were so many spots on my nails there wasn't any acrylic, it was old acrylic and there was acrylic all over the bottoms of my nails amd they were flimsy and instead of fixing her mistakes she covered it with two layers of nail polish and the designs were rushed and sloppy like she was in her beginning years of learning

Always great service for manicures and pedicures. Beautiful nails. Highly recommend. I've been coming here for years for both manicures and pedicures and they have always done a great job. I love the arm and leg massages that they give you at the end. It's very relaxing. Everyone there is really friendly too. I've never left disappointed.

I have four stars because they are very nice and do a good job, but for some reason instead of using nail polish remover they would rather grind it off with a grinder and that really upset me. It seems ever time I go to a nail salon I leave with my nails being much weaker and grinded down. I don't understand this mentality, why not try to preserve the nail? I also had to come back to remove two stars because it was an awful paint job an and super expensive!!

I was hesitant to go there because of all the bad reviews. However, I took a chance and have been there twice now for acrylic nail fills. Everyone has been polite, professional and very well qualified. Katie did my nails today and they look and feel fantastic! The atmosphere was good, as well, with mellow music.

Overpriced, rushed job, careless.
I used to prefer this salon to the others & I was willing to pay the extra cost $38 for a basic pedicure makes me not want to tip.
However, after today, I will not return. I'm a type one diabetic & my feet have several hot spots where they are hurting from too much skin being rubbed off, this puts me at risk of infection & it's now miserable to be on my feet because they are so sore!
The massage was less than 1 minute on each leg & it was more like her just squeezing my calf muscle.
The color is not evenly applied & there's streaks all over my big toe & my big toe nails are cut much too low - I'll likely get an ingrown toenail from this appointment.
Mine & my daughter chose the same color but hers are a much brighter color.
My daughter's toenails grow close to her skin & had a few toenails on each foot were not properly trimmed & some had an over hanging corner that wasn't cut & didn't have paint on it.

Went with my mom for pedicures. We went in a Sunday as a walk in they were able to seat us almost right away. The one issues with this is that it was just one lady for the two of us so the treatment took the length of 2 pedicures, I guess that's my fault for not making a reservation. The lady was very kind and nice but the quality of pedicure was just ok. It felt a little rough with the removal of my old gel polish and when she worked around/under my nails. The callous removal was painful and I told her to just stop at one point because it was too much filing/removal of skin. For the price is was OK, however I'd be happy to pay more for a more quality Pedicure, a standard pedi with gel cost $38, where I usually go a pedi costs $50 but is well worth it. Nice, kind staff and clean place but I won't be returning.

The last time we were in City Nail it was dirty. We only went back because it had been more than a year and we hoped things had changed. The instruments were not clean. The nail file used was very old with lots of bare spots. The nail polish was clumpy and the manicurist did not appear to care if the nails looked good. She made my finger bleed and now another is red and hurts. My daughter received a manicure from another manicurist at the same time and had polish off the nail on multiple fingers. Worst manicure we have ever received. We will not be going back there.Service: Manicure

waiting 2+ more hours just for a full set and haven’t got them done at all, everyone cut me and they allowed it, not coming here anymore
