This was the worst pharmacy we have ever used. Website was almost worthless, if you could even login half the time. Staff acted like they didn't like there job and complained out loud multiple times as customers were hearing. Very poor at filling scripts causing frustration as a customer. Low Cost was the only reason we tried to stay but ended up switching pharmacies.

Called At 7:00pm to ask if a Rx was ready. No one answered. I understand they were closing at 8pm I wasn’t going to rush over. I was just wanting to know if it was ready for pick up tomorrow. I guess it’s too hard to pick up the phone.

I was told that my continuous meter was covered until I went to pick it up. I don't have 900 dollars. I'm on Medicare for a reason. It's not being rich.

I called the pharmacy and whoever answered needs to learn etiquette. Horrible treatment you're better off going to walgreens pharmacy

The pharmacy tech by the name of Patricia committed a HIPAA violation by giving me my medications and announcing very loudly, "Here so you will not get pregnant." I was beyond embarrassed and flabbergasted at the treatment I received. If you want the pharmacy tech to announce what your medications are being used for very loudly then definitely go to this establishment. But if you do not want your medications or health concerns announced to the whole world, find a different pharmacy who abides by HIPAA Laws.

Awful management. It said online that they were hiring and when I didn't get a call back for weeks after putting in my application, I called the general store "manager" and he said they none of the departments were hiring and that what it says on THEIR website (with the correct location for Silver mind you) is wrong and they are fully staffed. The "manager" then hung up the phone before I could even get a word in. Very unprofessional and childish.

The Store Director " Scott" is an Absolute A-hole !!!!. He makes up little elementry school nick names for the customers and snickers behind their backs . His employee's can't stand working for him which creates an unfriendly atmosphere through out the entire store. This store is full of past the " sell by date "food on the shelves and frequently has moldy fruit and produce. The products are very hit and miss as far as availability because the re- stocking and reordering by the store is terrible and the store does not care and so it never improves. I cannot believe that the store director remains in his job !

April 8th, late afternoon, a friendly fellow greeted me out front of the store with a counter, a freshly sanitized basket and nitrile gloves. Albertsons is limiting the # of customers and I found the store easy to navigate and bought everything I needed. One of the employees, Rocky helped me get an item I couldn't reach and Margarita was as always so friendly as I checked out. Note, I had taken one bag inside and I had to leave it in my basket and repack it so that the employees didn't have to touch it nor have the bag touch the surface of the counter. This is a great idea. Glad to say too that Margartia also was wearing a mask. Blessings to All!

Huge long lines. Every. Single. Time Did I mention that the lines are long always every time of day, no matter when, no matter how many people are working. Prices are not great. Oh and there's always long lines. I can't tell you how many times I've actually gotten groceries and then seen the lines and the tons of Staff standing around doing nothing and just left my cart with all the grocery still in it and gone somewhere else. Long lines lose you business.
