Service is bad, response to service calls a minus, out of service for almost a week, not happy! It's going on 4 days now! No service, last lady said was aware of the service call and hung up. Unprofessional! We've been given a new tower modem they said was a better brand, it's performance was not impressive, my aunt was getting better reception on a little 5"x10" modem than the new vertical tower modem. Raining days I have to use her wifi and she's next door 30' away. So, are they gonna credit us for certain amount of days that we have no service?

Poor customer service. It's very aggrevating when they spent the first 10 minutes asking you for personal info (DOB, Cell #, Email, Home location, Zip code, address, etc), telling you it's company policy. There's no respect or support for us elderly Diné. Choice secretarily support really needs cultural sensitivity training.
My broadband internet has been acting up now for 1 week. I was told I would have a technician make a visit within 24 hours. I got 1 call, told me to perform basic stuff (check all connections, check ports, turn off modum, more questions, etc). Nothing was resolved. I was I formed the Tech would discuss this problem with Higher Tech Support and expect a return call very shortly. 24 hours later, I am still waiting for their return call and/or a visit by the Technician.
I wish the Navajo Nation would open up competitive company for us Diné to chose from. NTUA has gotten too big for its bridges. Too much power, very authoritative and does very little for customer support.
I don't expect my review to be followed-up on or posted.

Price is too high for slow speed internet. Customer service is terrible, you can never understand what they are saying, English is very poor.
