On March 26th, I visited this post office to mail a flat 9x12 envelope containing important documents. I typically weigh and mail my own envelopes using Forever Stamps based on size and weight, and haven't had any problems in the past.However, during this visit, I was informed by an employee that tracking was required for this specific envelope, despite it being a standard flat size. When I mentioned my past experiences mailing similar envelopes without tracking, the employee disagreed. To ensure the documents arrived safely, I paid $18 for tracked shipping to California, which included a prepaid return envelope.The tracking information initially indicated a delay, but the return envelope status showed it arriving in El Paso (my local area). Surprisingly, I received the return envelope with my documents a day later. Unfortunately, the documents were stained with an orange liquid and placed inside a plastic "We Care" bag.Essentially, I paid $18 for tracked service, but the envelope only traveled a short distance and never reached California. Additionally, the documents were returned damaged.I returned to the post office with the wet documents and requested a refund. Unfortunately, my request was denied.Paid $18 for USPS to spill liquid on my documents, and give me back GARBAGE and was told I am not entitled to a refund. No wonder this agency is worthless and in the hole. Pathetic that the clerks AND managers handled this situation so poorly.

The mail delivery/pick up was missed yesterday and store flyers are usually 2 orv3 days late, especially after a federal holiday!

My daughter had to apply in person for her passport because she could not do it by mail, since now she is 18+, and needed to do it IN PERSON. It took us over a month to get the appointment here.I filled out everything online, and thought we had everything for the day of the appointment. Sure enough, a form was missing, instead of offering to fill it out there, the lady immediately with an attitude, only said what was missing, but did no offer any help or handed out the form that was needed. As if she was happy to find everything that was not in the package, and for us to rather schedule another appointment, and wait another month. We were finally able to ask her to give us the required form to be filled out, and fortunately for us, the lady had to take a break, and a gentleman took her place. Amazingly, everything that the lady couldn’t do, or didn’t want to do.. this gentleman could. I simply don’t understand how that Lady has that job. She clearly hates treating people with dignity and has cero customer service skills. She should understand, specially now, during COVID, that everything is so slow and hard to do in person, that people need more guidance than ever before. She needs to understand that we only renew our passport once every 10 years. We don’t have the knowledge on how and what needs to be done, and she does. I work in the banking industry, and I know how hard it is for our customers to fill out applications, but my job is to HELP EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER TO MAKE THAT EXPERIENCE THE EASIEST AND FRIENDLIEST POSSIBLE. And that is what I expect from every person that works serving customers!!!!! Please coach that lady to provide a better service, or get rid of her. There are a lot of people out there looking for a job that have a kinder heart and are willing to HELP. We do thank the gentleman that was finally able to help my daughter complete the paperwork, and never used the words “you don’t “ or “I can’t “.

It's always a terrible experience. They are very knowledgeable on what they CAN'T do. I often find myself going here and told that they don't do this or don't do that. I'm not a regular here but when I come here and am waiting in line, I'll see someone who is a regular here and has a mailbox and gets greeted very happy and chatty. When it's my turn, the tone turns monotone and a "tell me what you want so you can leave attitude". They don't do any guaranteed shipping either and charge to use a credit card. I've come to find that I'll only come here if I have a prepaid package to drop off, otherwise I go and drive 20-30 minutes away to get any mailing done.

Shipping isn't something I'm very familiar with. Every time I come to this location, the staff always goes above and beyond. I don't feel shy to ask questions and actually learn quite a bit about their profession. It's pretty interesting!

Hardly ever a good experience really wish it wasn't the closest one to my office. Hate coming here it's never busy just the employees never make it a pleasant experience. Makes me dread walking in. Wish management cared but I'd assume they're the same since I come in a few times a week and nothing ever changes.

The counterperson was very nice & helpful HOWEVER this location charges a fee to use a credit or debit card; cannot do express mail and cannot guarantee 2-day delivery. If these things are important to you, chose another location. ALSO the counter does NOT open at 7 a.m.
