I just witnessed a Head manager blame a new employee mistakes the manager made while training. Blamed the new employee and said this “now he just lost $500 off his check” when the guy is NEW HIRE. Several woman were in there defending him. Poor management do better Speedway

Bad customer service, went to buy two drinks so I could get change and asked for two of 5 dlls bills and the guy was very rude and said he didn’t have any. My husband went back in and bought another drink paid with the 10 dlls bill and got a 5 dllr bill and change in return!!??? I thought he didn’t have any 5 dllr bills. Hmmmmm….

Went to put gas for got to look at the gas pomp at the moment of asking employee if she could please turn my pump on and put 30 dlls she refused, saying that I needed to provide a pup number other if not I would have to go somewhere else ! I asked if she had a screen wheel she could she for me and she said no I’m not going to do that for you, You are the one needing the gas not me and laugh. Very disrespectful all the time not the first time ( her name is Palmira S. According to receipt) very poor customer service

Very disappointed with the customer service provided by the General Manager at this store. I have been to the store 3 times to have a gas spill investigated that occurred 5 days ago and the General Manager STILL has not had time to review the surveillance video. Even after saying that he had not viewed the video, he went on to make the statement that the event details were false and had not occurred the way I explained it. When I asked for the phone number to their corporate office, he gave me the number to their IT Department. I would appreciate an apology when he finally gets around to view the video and sees that it is exactly as I explained.

If you want to pay for gasoline with cash, the cashier will make you pay for the gas first, even when you don't know how much will fill up the tank, then make you stand in the long line again to give you your change back and with a rude attitude.

Card readers at the pump suck. I don't want to wait 5 minutes for them to read the card.

Most of the time and for any purchase there’s a line of costumers waiting to pay because cashiers are too slow to process each and every customer, and the questions that the cashiers have to ask each and every costumer it makes the process so much slower, there’s never a quick stop for gas because the card reader at the pumps never work properly and then we have to go see the cashiers and go through all the process of getting in line and wait for about ten minutes just to purchase anything, please forgive my review of that particular store but something has to be done about a faster process please thank you.
