Manager Erica provided me with diligent attention and service on an issue that arose for me and my pet. She, as well as Tech Judith were extremely empathetic and helpful tin resolving my concerns. Dr. Gutiérrez, other Doctors, and the Vet Techs at this facility are amazing and obviously care for the animals they treat!

My fiancé and I absolutely love coming here. We were referred by a friend and definitely do not mind making the drive out here for every visit. We unfortunately met all the docs as our baby Darwin was nearing the end of his battle with lymphoma last year. All the doctors here were awesome, empathetic, and answered all of the questions we had during this horrific time.We have since gotten another rescue and still love bringing him here. We are always able to get an appointment within a few days and staff have all still been amazing. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by one of the staff in the parking lot, who was cordial and polite, and led us to the examination room.No waiting! The doctor carefully explained the upcoming surgery. Answered our questions, and then some, putting our apprehensions and anxieties, at ease.The drive from Las Cruces was worth it.

Hade to take my dog heat to have surgery on his face they did amazing at taking care of him as well as working with me on a payment my dog face is healed and you can't even see a scare staff was friendly doctor was amazing great place I would recommend this place over a lot of others and if I ever have an emergency with my pets this is the place I'll be going back too

Very disappointing experience regarding my diabetic cat. Not only was the vet, Dr. McKee, extremely rude and disrespectful to me over the phone( he even cursed at me multiple times), the manager Erica was as well, she even had the audacity to say it's 'disappointing' that we are leaving a negative review based on their unprofessional and extremely wrong way of handling the entire experience. I provided my cat with 4-6 extra cans of food and gave very direct instructions on how to care for her. From what I was told, after her stay and investigating as to why the 4-6 cans were not returned. I was finally told that supposedly she had "refused" to eat 4-6 times! When I was told I would receive a phone call the VERY FIRST TIME, IF MY CAT REFUSED TO EAT. Not once was I notified nor given a single phone call as to her "not eating". Not only that, I was told that it was 4hours of waiting for her to "eat" so not only was she not fed on time, her insulin was many hours late for "the first few days" and it was not brought to my attention a single time, even when my cat has never refused to eat a single time in her life, not only that she has a disorder of her constantly being hungry, so hearing she "refused" to eat 4-6 times is seriously a concern, however it was "not a serious concern to them".My cat could've have gone into hypoglycemic shock, based on how long she "did not eat" and did not receive her insulin. But again I was not notified a single time.Do NOT SEND YOUR PETS HERE.And on top of everything they did not return my dogs blanket that was provided to the facility during her stay, they did not send pictures, which was marked on the sign in paper, and not once was the "manager" apologetic at all. Seriously and truly disappointed.Oh and we spent $489.32 and still not a single apology or replacement of anything. Completely ridiculous.

Pleasant staff. Their knowledge & care for dogs is second to none. Prices are reasonable for daycare & overnight boarding. My dog gets excited when I take him there.

Thanks for almost letting my cat die by not feeding her properly or given her insulin at schedule times properly and not informing us and then lying about her extra food then acting like I was at fault for being concerned about my animal seriously pathetic its amazing that you are willing to take my money after that it's sister and evil I'm ashamed in my self for trusting this place

As zero stars are available I have to choose one star. For over 7 years we have been taking our dog to this location without problems. Unfortunately you only know how good a company is when things go bad.On April 1 we took our dog to board. We always pay extra so she can have time outside the interact with other dogs which she enjoys. Unfortunately for our dog, the facility stopped separating the animals by size (which we did not know) and she got bit by a much larger animal.This was very stressful because we were obviously out of town.When we go to pick her up, they billed us for all of the veterinary care plus the boarding cost instead of charging the medical care to the the other dog family (which would be the right thing to do OR they pay for the care as they were left responsible of her care when it happened). We were just glad our dog was going to be ok.Yesterday 6/9 we get another bill with additional charges! Yes!How is this possible? When we went to pick up our dog, we paid the bill that was presented. How is it that now they are asking for additional money? Beware! I don’t get it! If my dog had been bitten by another owner’s dog on the street walking, I would have that owner pay all my bills as THEY would be responsible for the injury.Everyone beware! needless to say our dog will never go back to this business.This could be a case study of how NOT to treat customers. Keep in mind we had not posted anything right after the incident as we had just decided not to use them anymore.This situation has been so egregious, they left me no choice but to post this!
