I been living here for four months and I feel very comfortable. It's nice and quiet and this place is exactly what I was looking for. I really want to thank Tanya and all the staff at the office for being so kind and very helpful. They go out of their way to help you. I recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a nice place to live you won't be disappointed. I plan to live here for a long time.

My first impression of the staff is that they are very friendly and attentive, the apartment is very nice. I must say | was very pleased with Kimberly’s professionalism, dedication, competence, courtesy and willingness to go above and beyond with kindness & humor. Even when I had a little bit of trouble, thank you for all you do and for being a hard worker & a great person. Application process & communication from management has been great. Really excited about moving in.

Overall, it looks nice and decent. But too expensive for what they expect their apartments to be worth. Could find something at the same price elsewhere with way more room and amenities.

Garbage apartments. Attempted to steal the $220 deposit fee from me despite never living there a single day there. Am currently having to take them to small claims court over $220.

Kimberly is such great help and always answers any questions that my mom and I may have. She responds quickly and makes us feel heard. We just moved in to the apartment and it is in great condition and it instantly felt like home. To anyone looking to rent around this area, I recommend 100%.

I have been a resident for many years, I have always had a very efficient service with both the office staff and the maintenance staff, quickly resolving my requests for my apartment, the garden areas remain clean and with the lighting for the safety of us residents. Horrible experience here!! There was multiple times me and my children were left without hot water and the issue was never resolved. And not to mention moving out has been a disaster! Just a warning they will try to keep ALL your deposit!! The front office is rude and very inconsiderate, and manager is never available to speak.

Descusting unpleasant vary expensive noisy neighbors the floor was always vary durty every 3 days we vacuumed the water was very black and smiled terrible for the first 2 or 3 days there was a stink smell for 2 days the kitchen sink didn't work and other things basakly there was commonly something wrong and this was the most discusting and unpleasant experience me and my roommates have ever had this is what the water always looks like
