I had a package scheduled for delivery today that required a signature so I waited at home all day long for it to be delivered. The tracking email said it was estimated to be delivered between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. The Santa Teresa FedEx Facility is only 6 miles from my home. Finally at 7:55 pm, I checked the email for an update which said the driver attempted to deliver my package at 7:48 pm but I was not home. The driver flat out lied. No attempt to deliver was made, period! I was sitting on my couch waiting for my package. I went back and checked my security cameras and saw that a Penske truck stopped in front of my house and the driver remained in the vehicle for a few minutes, then drove away. He never made an attempt to deliver my package. This driver wasted my day and got caught on camera lying. Very unprofessional!

I have to deal with Fed Ex because it’s usually inevitable not to since they have contracts with organizations.The driver always misplaced my items and gives them away to the neighbors ??I either get refunded or replaced.It’s always Fed Ex.I had to file a complaint. Called their corporate office. They took my info they said that the hub would call me….??? it’s been over 2 months and still waiting.

Horrible service. I was in the restroom when my package came driver couldn’t even give me minute before the left with a package that required a signature. Horrible customer service I would never recommend FedEx over UPs to anyone.

The driver says that he tried to deliver but I’ve been home all day and he never tried any damn thing. I called them to discuss this year to know if they’ll anywhere a waste of time.

Cant ever speak to a person, that stupid system doesn’t get the tracking numbers right, my package has been at the Santa Teresa facility for 3 days!!

Delivery driver said they tried to deliver a package to my house but never once did they show up on my security cameras...UPS drove by but Fedex never drove by let alone did anyone come to my door with a package. I am going to have to pick up the package because I do not trust them to deliver it tomorrow. From here on i will always try to talk to online stores i make purchases from to not use Fedex.

Horrible! Talked to two different representatives and got two different responses. One said I could pick up locally and the other said no that's no possible. There was no attempt at delivering my package. There is always someone at my house. Horrible service.

The santa teresa location cannot deliver packages to our office. Second shipment through that hub. Even after talking to customer service ( very difficult to get a hold of a human) still did not deliver. Fedex stinks.

UNPROFESSIONAL FACILITY!! Do not use this location for shipment/deliveries - they have failed to deliver an important package on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and they still didn’t deliver the following business day either so we called customer service and were transferred to this location & they said they didn’t have our address and won’t deliver until Monday?!? What!!?? They clearly have every excuse under the book but than actually doing their job. take your business to UPS or USPS
