So I'm parked here at the TA I wake up to somebody parked in the middle of the aisle blocking anybody from leaving, He tells me he's broke down he said TA has not yet come out to fix his truck or move it out of the way, he inquired about 3 hours earlier I go into service to inquire about why they haven't helped this guy he claims {Quote: he's minimum wage and it's not his problem and I don't care and that they only have one service guy Unquote) if you don't want to keep your service open at night then simply don't your employees at some of these TAs are not pleasant people although it's not his fault what's going on he could be in a better mindset about it maybe provide more than one service tech at night if you guys want to stay open otherwise what's the point it's just a joke you got lights on but nobody's there to do anything you might as well just close your doors at night stop pretending to be open it's like this across the nation, same excuse every store I don't have a service tech on hand so we don't have to do anything till 8:00 in the morning always always. When I talk to your service people or anybody at TA for that matter they're always defensive always have attitudes and they're always over emotional about a situation they think we're yelling at them and all I'm doing is talking. So the guy says it's on corporate to take care of this matter so here I am posting corporate please fix your service department it is horrible at most places these are some or most of the problems drivers have to deal with on a daily.

Dirty...very rude night girl at counter...didn't purchase any thing because she was so rude....drivers park in front of you so you can't get out and no one will make them move
Next trip through, will stay at different truck stop. Do not recommend this one

Guys, be careful on this truck. I stopped by their place yesterday morning to change the oil and filters. I bought everything from them. They changed everything in 25 minutes. BUT I asked to fill it with 10W-30. They filled me with 15W-40. They notified me about this when I got into the truck and left the shapa. On the resit it also says that they filled it with 10W-30. (They said they don't have it in stock at the moment)
The fuel filter was replaced with an already used filter. Since I drove 150 miles and it started showing high blood pressure. I stopped and checked under the hood and there was already a full filter there. I do not recommend driving on this truck, stop!!!

Showers have mold and are just not clean sinks back up shower backed up. I feel like could bathe in a dirty water and be cleaner So let me update today. I just came in here again, Didn't my lession in the last four times. Good old Melissa there a little bit rude. She needs to learn how to act better and treat people with a calm and courtesy respect.We're a god dam truck driver.Don't mean you get to do something like that.

This place has really gone downhill. 3 diesel lanes were closed, when I finally got an open diesel lane the passenger side pump was broken. Then the card reader at the pump was broken, so I had to go inside. When I went into the bathroom it was filthy and 3 of the urinals were broken and closed off. No bueno

It’s 6am and I woke up early to start my day and this people surprised me with this no showers until 7am and I asked the person in the counter the reason, she was rude and it looks that she didn’t care about that, as truck drivers we expect to have showers services ready at any time because we need to continue our duties to have your product delivered on time and safely.

At the service desk the Old guy not doing his job right. He is getting paid from TA but sending customer to next door mechanic. That happened with me multiple times. If you really like the other mechanic shop go work for them instead. Thanks

Dirtiest truck stop. Avoid this place especially the restrooms and showers.
Waited for my shower 30min plus and it said only 5 min on the tv.
I asked manager he said they don't have anyone currently who is cleaning..

Probably one of the worst TAs in the country. Shower seemed dirty, light was hanging out of the ceiling. Popeyes hours say they close at 9pm they turned people away at 835 saying they were sold out of food. There were probably 15 people in line waiting to order. Subway says they close at 10pm they were closed at 8pm. It's getting ridiculous when truckers can't count on being able to get food at a truck stop. If you have posted hours you should have to honor those hours and no just say oh well I feel like being done, sorry about your luck.
