5 stars to one of your employees who was very kind to us in late July. We were passing through on a cross country trip and discovered a lug nut was missing from a brand new tire. Bozo’s recommended going to your store. You did not have what we needed but your employee gave us her personal lug nuts because she had just changed the locks on her new car. She just happened to have the right mopar parts. We really appreciated the gesture. It’s been 2+ months but we wanted to thank her!!!

What's passing by needed some, Air fittings. Did not have any available. Not your average napa store not clean and stocked up with parts ! Napa should Be ashamed.

This is a very small store and must only have 1 employee as it was closed for lunch. I needed new wipers as was going east to rain country. Im sure there would have been no one to install them so waited until I got to a bigger townDid not fell like waiting 45 min for a person to return. Did have a few locals walk by and wave and say hello. Seemed to be a small town with few visitors.

Oh Em Gee! Broke a serpentine belt west of Santa Rosa, NM at 1:00PM. Got into to Santa Rosa and the NAPA was closed. They closed at 10AM. The only other parts store closed at noon. Talk about a town needing a parts store. Who closes at 10AM?
