The place is dated, but clean and comfy. Good place for disabled folks. All the staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub at this hotel. The heated pool was perfect temperature. Location felt safe but not a ton of restaurant options (the hotel has hot pockets, noodles, etc that can be purchased if needed though). Free breakfast was convenient

Rooms were clean, however, not the friendliest upon arrival. I’m a Diamond member with Hilton, usually you get a little more perks or whatever for staying with them so frequently. I had called and let them know I was driving and would get to the hotel around 2. When I got there, no one said hello, I had to greet the lady behind the counter. I was then told my room was not ready, I then said I’ll take any room, I just want to get checked in. Remember, I’ve been on the road for 7 hours. She then said that there are no rooms available right now, it will be 20 minutes. I was dumbfounded, hadn’t I called ahead and said I was on my way around 9 in the morning. Needless to say I waited in the lobby with my stuff until the room was ready. Just not how you treat anyone, much less the highest level of customer Hilton has available. No other choice around or would stay there, I’m starting a project out here and will be out here a lot, not sure what I’m going to do from here on out, going to look into IHG and Marriott. Rooms were clean, beds were good, need some air freshener in then lobby and all hallways. I really like Hilton so this post is not representative of most Hampton Inns, just this particular one. Thank you and safe travels!

Overall, it's ok. Very dated, and overpriced. Not quite Hampton/ Hilton standards.
Friendly staff, room seemed to be clean.
Would stay here again in a pinch.

Rooms: Run down compared to other Hampton Inns.

Would never stay here again. We paid $175 for what we thought would be a nice place to stay driving through. The bathroom had a horrible odor that you could smell from the bedroom. There were stains over the walls.

This hotel is located along I40, so it is very convenient. The hotel was clean and safe. However, it is very pricey. We had a pet with us. For $280+ for one night, I would have expected a lot nicer hotel. To me, it is a less standard than most Hilton Hampton Inn that I have stayed in. They can charge a higher price for convenience. Shop around if you have time. Thanks

Nice Hampton, the only issue we had was the pillows were flat! Especially for a Hampton Inn.

The hotel is a bit dated but very clean and quiet. The staff are all friendly and professional. Great stop in Route 66

We stayed here for just one night while passing through. The bed was not super comfortable, and the bathroom had mold.
