My dog Lulu was terribly frightened when it came time to clip her nails. It would take 3 people to hold her down. Not here! Lulu loves coming here. She gets super excited when we get close by and can hardly contain herself with excitement until we get inside. We are done within 10 minutes, which includes paying for the service!

Thank God for zpethotel! Kind & considerate and helpful. The only groomer in saf whom I found that had these great business and customer service qualities ...every other groomer has a month or more wait list and were irritated with an inquiry. Wonderful experience at Z Pet Hotel & Spa! getting my wee dog's nails clipped!! Staff is warm & caring & despite my old dog's old-age crabby nature, it was gentle, quick, and easy & I'm very happy with them! Very reasonably priced. Highly Recommended!

Our dog loves it here! She gets plenty of playtime and interaction with other dogs. The staff here is extremely kind and they know their stuff. They have been able to accommodate us on short notice before and their patience is greatly appreciated. It is much better than other kennels in town and she always comes back healthy and happy. It is well worth the cost.

We had a great experience leaving our dog for a couple days and having him groomed while he was here. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is very friendly, dog focused, and knowledgeable. Having never left my dog here before, I felt good about it after the drop off. And they even managed to groom our guy even though he's very skittish about that! Picked him up today and he was happy and handsome A+

I love this groomer!!! They are amazing and are the only people we are bringing my Aussie to. All the staff is super nice and inviting, so many other groomers did us dirty and cut our double coated baby’s hair. Which is a big no no . They are so reasonable with pricing and make everyone of my puppies looking like a million dollars. I will never go anywhere else and wish I can give them 1000 stars instead of just five.They care about your dog not about the money.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our otherwise healthy dog stayed there for 2 days. Our dog came home scared, filthy and very sick with a gastrointestinal bacterial infection. This amounted to costly vet care and time consuming monitoring and treatment. We were informed it was likely he got it there. We are crossing our fingers that he won't need to be hospitalized. Warning to anyone thinking about boarding your dog or cat there. I would not recommend.

Sorry I am giving two stars for a few reasons. One I was not happy with the customer service. Two. The owner of the place could have reached out to me, my sister, my mom, or my dad bout our dog having diarrhea ?really bad customer service. We have boarded our dogs here before. But today was bad.

We boarded our 2 huskies while we went on vacation. They took good care of our babies, and the staff are so friendly and compassionate. We will definitely be back.

Our dog was scheduled to stay next week and we receive call saying they are canceling. Because of crime in the area being bad so they are closing temporarily. Now I have to scramble to find a kennel new option so our trip isn't ruined. www.zpethotel.com/closing

Took my dog into the spa for a day of fun and pampering. The owner proceeded to complain to me about the conditions of the area, the homeless, a local church and the governor. I didn't want to hear it....I have my own problems, don't bring me into yours. I let it go. I came back at the end of the day, and this schmuck started in on it again. He's allows his emotions too take over to the point of being a hysteric. Dude, we all have to live together and not seperate and divide each other. And I lived in Los Angeles for three decades....this is the human condition throughout the United States in 2021. It certainly didn't start with this governor. And, after starting in again on the local volunteers and staff on the local church that is actually trying to help and heal, I stopped him in his hysterics, told him that HE was certainly part of the problem, shut him down, paid my bill, and took my dog and myself to the car. The worst part was, he told me that he could move elsewhere, but he wasn't. Instead, he was going to spend his time and energy trying to get rid of the church and the homeless. Great use of your time, dude. He appeared to me to be a thousand times worse than any of the homeless I passed. God, this guy made me mad and ill. I have never used the terms 'snowflake' and 'Karen' in a review before, but this guy is both. I don't want to hear your drama, dude. Give me my dog and stfu. There are plenty of other doggie spas in Santa Fe. I would never ever ever go back to this one. The typically 'Not In my neighborhood' attitude. Reminded my of Mrs. Kravitz in Bewitched. But a dude.
