I had the same experience as Hanh L. had 3 years ago. The pharmacy line would ring and I'd be put on hold. Every few minutes someone would pick up and, without saying a word, put me back on hold again. This went on for the 2 days I tried to call during my lunchtime and again after work. Walgreen's corporate advised that I call "the store" section of this Walgreens and ask the clerk to walk over and check on the pharmacy to see what was going on. So, I did. The clerk I spoke to did not want to walk over to check on the pharmacy but assured me that this time they would pick up as she transferred my call back to the pharmacy! The line rang and rang and rang and then hung up. I saw no point in calling the clerk back to inform her that they did, in fact, not pickup this time. I have been using this Walgreens for about 7 years and it has provided poor service more often than not. As a resident of Santa Fe, I am quite familiar with poor customer service and have always tried to let it roll off my back. This incident just finally did me in. I've switched to a new pharmacy with hopes that they will answer the phone. It seems to me that the buck stops with the Cerrillos pharmacy manager who oversees this mess. You are a professional. Increase your staffing, hire people that will do the job and provide adequate customer service training.

I went in for a flu shot at a he pharmacy. They had a tough time with my insurance and worked hard to find a solution so I could get my shot. Everyone I dealt with was great. While I waited I was able to observe how well they worked together and how well they treated their customers. They were busy and handling it well.

They close early; they close when they want to. Do not follow store hours, they will tell you when you call that they just close early. Don't count on this Walgreens manager ever!

I had placed a order to refill my daughter's albuterol prescription and was told to arrive in 1.5 hours. 2 hours later we arrived and were told the prescription was never filled. A simple pickup turned into another 30 minutes of waiting. I will be switching to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy in the Walgreens on Cerrillos Rd. is the most helpful pharmacy I have ever been to. I`m an old man and I`ve been to a lot of them. Tina, one of the pharmacists, possibly the mgr. or should be is the most helpful pharmacist I have ever encountered. Great place to fill your scripts. Arthur Webb, NM

Would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacy is awful. The medication given was short and they DID NOT indicate in their system that they gave a partial script! Insurance and myself charged for something did not get. Will not be using Walgreens ever again, being this careless could cost someone their life.

I would give them zero stars if that was available. As a provider, this was unbelievable. I was on hold for 17 minutes where I waited on the prescriber menu. Then they would dilly dally between putting me on hold and then letting the line ring and then on hold and then someone picked up and HUNG UP on me! I called back and spoke to the tech who said "hold on, let me get you Tina." And yet here I am waiting still....15 minutes later to call in a prescription for my patient. This is by far the worst customer/medical/provider service I have ever received.

Walgreens has been there for me lately! Lol This one is located right on Cerrillos road & close to all the places I usually go & hang out at, plus it's open 24/7 & I am so grateful for that! I hate going into Walmart so Walgreens is my jam. Santa Fe is not a late night town. Everything usually closes by 9-10 pm & if your traveling like I always am, Walgreens is your friend. Forgotten Toothbrush's, ibuprofen, blister pad, shampoo, Beer, wine, water, soda, snacks for your hotel room or just forgot to post your nephews birthday card, Walgreens saves the day! 24/7 Yay! Highly recommend.

Yep, still just as busy as I remember. And just as crazy to get prescriptions filled, the pharmacy staff is great, they're just overwhelmed with people around the clock.

Consistently the worst. Santa Fe, why are your pharmacies so inadequate?

I normally wouldn't write a review of a pharmacy, but the folks at this one are great. I had a gap in coverage with my insurance due to a job change and the folks here went through all the prices and plans for my prescriptions and figured out what would be the cheapest way for me to get them. I really appreciated that

Worst Walgreens in town! Sadly it is the only 24 hour one in santa fe. The employees are rude and just keep you waiting. There is one guy who works overnight with an accent, he's awesome..

Unbelievably poor service. New Mexican SLOTH at it's absolute worst! Just crazy backward! The female pharmacist is quite difficult to work with-- even doctors have difficulty with her. The store is dirty and the wait time for prescriptions, while you wait, is totoally INSANE! I got a personal call (not a recording) that my prescription (refill) I'd called in was waiting-- and that I needed to hurry in and get it, as it had been there sitting awhile. So I hopped in my car and drove into town (35-minute drive in) so they wouldn't put it back-- only to have them say it WASN'T READY because it needed authorization from the prescribing doc. What?? Are you kidding me! Just nuts! I explained I'd gotten a "personal call" from some woman saying to HURRY in and get it. The pharm tech just said 'Oh, that was from our call center and they don't know what's really going on with this pharmacy, so they were wrong, we get that a lot". OMG! Just idiots. CVS and Walmart are far better places to get your prescriptions.
