This place sucks so bad. Bruno was not helpful and seemed like he didn't want to work.....There polices are bad and they do not help the customers. I will never bank at Wells Fargo.

I went in to cash a Christmas Check. There was no wait. The Sun was going down at this time. I turned to watch as the teller completed my transaction... filtering in through the window, Sunshine reflected off the mirrored blinds creating a dazzling effect.I said,"..oOoh, Pretty!"The Teller smiled and commented on how lucky she was to get to see that everyday.I helped myself to a few of the complimentary dum-dums(Candy ?) placed next to every service window. Nice Perk!It's always a good feeling walking out of the bank with cash. Especially when they put it in the little envelope! Merry Christmas ?

Go to another Wellsfargo Bank. The one on Cerrillos is better than this one. Unpersonable and unfriendly was my experience from the gentleman that was working the counter.

We hurried to our 9:00 appointment and got there exactly. Found several people with 9:00 appointments waiting outside a closed building. Waited about 15 minutes and gave up. There's a dusting of snow but every other place we've gone to is open as scheduled.

Such a Horrible experience from start to finish, less than a week before Christmas I used the ATM to withdraw $400.00 the ATM indicated it was UNABLE TO DISPENCE CASH AS THIS TIME, so fine I move along to another ATM and on receipt I see the $403.00 was in fact deducted from My Account, I go to Wells Fargo and explain the problem to the Cashier, She explains that there was some problems earlier in the day, possibly caused to the power outage from the storm earlier in the am, She calls Her so called Manager that looks and talks to Me like I am some piece of trash pulling a scam, NOTHING I CAN DO CALL THE 1-800 # and tosses Me my card, I explained to her the Cashier indicated that there was complaints earlier on that same ATM, "NOTHING I CAN DO" and walks away. later in the day I see the ATM is being serviced I approach the techs and ask if there are any options perhaps viewing the video surveillance or viewing the receipts at that specific time and they indicate its all up to the Manager, I speak with the Manager again and plead with Her and explain this is the first year My little love, my daughter realizes Christmas and Santa. I explain this will impact Christmas for her and suggest looking at the surveillance or calling someone that will expedite recovery, her answer is NOTHING I CAN DO. I was not born yesterday and realize that she does not have authority to refund or credit my card back but being a member of the Human Race around Christmas at least try something. This experience angered Me and Disappointed Me so much on The Human Race and Wells Fargo that I will make it a mission to have as many Friends, Family and Business owners I deal with on a daily basis to close Wells Fargo accounts. I recently refinanced my Mortgage from Wells Fargo to Del Norte and while there The Manager came out to Thank Me for My Business, I explained the situation and if there was anything that so called Manager could have done? Of Course she explained a couple different options, which angered Me even more. The Manager at Del Norte gave Me a stack of cards and flyers with Special incentives for People switching from Wells to Del Norte, My Uncle and Aunt recently closed a Wells Business Account to Del Norte, Two of My Neighbors switched, and I will Continue to persuade People. I realize this will not make or break Wells, in fact The mentality of People working at the Rodeo Rd branch will think Good Less People to wait on. I feel so strongly about this that KARMA will be dispensed on these People. Thankfully this Morning MY BANK refunded my account the $403 with NO help from Wells. I DO NOT believe this Manager could run a lemonade stand much less a bank.

They made it very difficult to close my account. I guess it’s understandable because of all the ridiculous fees they’ll be losing!!!I’m glad to have it behind me.
