Priscilla has an upbeat tone, but is painfully incompetent. Can’t handle getting phone number/name/information unless done at a snails pace, one letter/number at a time. Too overwhelming for her to do receptionist work, though it is her job. Will ask the same question several times although you’ve given a straight forward answer the first, and every additional, time.Update: Just called the pharmacy after an hour and a half. Not only did I have to give her my number 7 times, she never entered it in the system so I could get a notification when my prescription was ready. So cool!

We are grateful for this pharmacy and its employees. My child needed antibiotics late in the day... We first tried Walgreens; they were close to closing, and after making us wait 20 minutes, they eventually told us (very rudely) that we would have to come back the next morning. We then looked and found out that this WalMart Pharmacy is open 1 hour later than Walgreens. We rushed over and were told by the kind woman working, "Your child needs it, so we will do our absolute best to get it filled." And they did! And our child got well. Thank you WalMart!!

Very excellent service at pharmacy. Need to be alerted when prescriptions are ready One problem, Walgreens was out of stock and so, since it was controlled had to call around to see where my Doctor could send my prescription. They refused to tell me if it was even in stock. This is a stupid and inconvient rule. I will return to this pharmacy but my suggestion, a simple yes or no if they have medication in stock or not.

Poor customer service by their pharmacist. We had a prescription that our regular pharmacy did not have - out of stock - so we called here, our backup pharmacy, to see if they had it. Pharmacist said that she would not tell us over the phone and we should drive to our doctor and get a paper prescription, then drive to this store to see if they had it. I'm immunocompromised and this is what they insist I do during this huge resurgence of Covid? They are no longer my backup pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy in Santa Fe. The best prices, the best people, no lines, great customer service by phone and curbside pickup, great hours. I've tried them all and have now been with Walmart Pharmacy for 10 years now. They saved my life once by catching a prescription a doctor had given me for something I was deathly allergic to. Highly recommended.

I just called to check my prescription status the girl who answered was extremely rude right off the bat. I asked the price she was rude, I asked if it was generic she was rude and not helpful... told me she suggests, I don’t go till after 2:30 because they will be on lunch her tone was very rude poor customer service.

Had my prescriptions ready to go and were very friendly. I need to keep writing more so, great job describing the medication and surprisingly low costs compared to TX.

Pharmacist claimed she couldn’t administer flu shots to two kids at 8:30 pm because it would go behind her work hours. Poor customer service. Sorry we all have to work late hours because that’s life.

They don't deserve a one. Called for refill a week early, needed Doctor approval. Two days later called, nothing, they said they would text Doctor. Called again, 5 days later, they said call Doctor. Called Doctor, Walmart never sent a refill request. Go to pickup, they filled it wrong. This is after waiting in line, I was told I would have to wait in line again & have it refilled again. I said, no, I didn't make the mistake you did. Finally, after much discussion a pharmacist filled it. Got the prescriptions (there were two) stapled in bag and went home. Guess what, only one Prescription in bag. Go back, wait in line, they can't find it. Guess what they want me to do? Stand in line again to have it refilled. I under no uncertain terms said no, (a few customers clapped) yes, I had been watching them do this to one person after another and treating the elderly the worse. So another Pharmacist, I tried to explain over and over, two prescriptions one filled wrong, then sent home with only the corrected one. Finally, they said they would fill it. Yes, have a seat again and wait. I spent 20 minutes on hold with for Store Manager Jay, who said that the Manager of the Pharmacy was on vacation and they would discuss this. One customer said he requested 90 days & they said you need to see Doctor, he said you told me that last time & I did. He was elderly. They said you have to take this 30 day this time and hopefully we do it right next time. Another elderly lady wanted to know if she could buy a protein drink with her Food Card, they said if they rang it up she would have to buy it, so they couldn't help her. Do you want me to go on? Everyone in this Pharmacy should be fired and they should start over with people who want to work hard & care. Customers just shake their head at the treatment. NOT ME! THIS IS WRONG!!!! WRONG!!!! WRONG!!!! You can treat people better than this. I worked in a pharmacy, it's not that hard.
