Thirty minutes and three different people to get someone to come open the stuff for bicycles only to have it ring up for twice as much as it was marked.

Poor experience at this Walmart on our way to Taos for some skiing. Poor customer service over all. We were waiting to purchase some whiskey which is locked up behind some glass doors. We pressed the assistance button twice and no one came to assist us. We also approached a Walmart employee asking if she could help and she said she couldn't because she does not have the key, doesn't know who has it, and it has already been paged a couple of times. Seriously?? She didn't even try to find out who had the key to help us out. Just poor experience and poor selection of healthy food.

No drink selection! No healthy shakes, no Kampuchea, no muscle milk. The employee says that they get it in but it sells out fast. You know how I know that's a lie? Because there are no empty shelves where it should go.

Typical Walmart. We Elites Don't get the low ratings from some reviewers: Maybe they'd never been to a Walmart? My better guess is they have personal axes to grind. Another reason to select Elite Reviews Only . I received good service, wonderful selections at reasonable prices. Pharmacy service was very prompt. Self checkout was easy, showing ID for alcoholic items. BTW: you can buy all hard liquor at Walmart any day and time, except Sunday!Minus One star for no bags! What's up with running out of bags?

So I'm not rating the inside of the store personally as I did not go inside but parking my rig there. I had called ahead of time and asked if it was okay to stay one night in their parking lot and the person that answered the phone said yes. So I was excited. We parked way in the back where there wasn't much traffic. We unhooked the car and my driver took a rest since he's been driving a bit. Two hours later the security officer came up to my window and asked if I was just parking for a little bit. She says I noticed your pink shirt and didn't think anything of it. What does my pink shirt have to do with anything? Anyway she says parking overnight is not allowed and suggested McDonalds or an RV park. I did let her know I called and she asked if I got a name. I said I didn't know who I spoke with ... So we had to hook the car up and find another place to spend the night. We are still trying to social distance ourselves from everyone and if you come into an RV Park, chances are you need to be quarantined for 14 days and we don't have time to do that. And as we were leaving the parking lot we saw 2 RVers, and 2 Semi-trucks. But maybe they got a name??? If you're wanting to spend the night, make sure when you speak with someone to get their name first. That's why I gave them a 1-star. Sorry I didn't get any pictures

Trashier than even your average Walmart. Lots of people smoking meth in the parking lot and then going inside to shoplift baby clothes. If you're not looking to buy meth or shoplift baby clothes, you're probably better off paying a tad more at a real grocery store.

I purchased 3 bottles of Robert Mondavi Chardonnay at what I thought was a good price. The price on the SKU tag was $8.27. When I got home, I realized I had been charged $14.27 per bottle. I thought my bill looked a little high. I went back two days later, took a picture of the SKU sign and went to Service. The store manager told me she could not credit me the difference even with a receipt. But I could return the wine. I was shocked at the policy. It'll be a cold day before I buy there again. On principle, I plan on contacting Walmart corporate to apprise them of my displeasure. Maybe Sam Walton will do something. Imagine being able to return the bottles but not get a credit. Go to Target - their customer service is terrific! Shame on Walmart

I used to love going to WalMart, sometimes just going in to look around, to see what was new in clothing, check out appliances. Now, I just go in to get what I need and check out. I DO NOT like that there are no cashiers any longer, or very few. It seems that the self-checkout has taken over. What that means is that shoppers are doing the work of the former checkers. But, we don't get paid and we don't get any benefits. Oh, wait, but neither do the part-time staff. At any rate, I've stopped doing self-checkout because that is not my job. The other thing I do not like is the Gestapo tactics at the doors, i.e., checking your receipt, looking over your bags. If something is not in a bag, they check it, and scan it. I took exception to that and asked that door stopper what was going on and why. He just points up to the sky and say "Corporate." One guy EVEN UNDER A CLEAR PLASTIC TUB, I guess to see if I had stolen anything. The nerve. So, I have a HUGE bag that will hold paper towels and toilet paper, so they don't have to scan them anymore. And, finally, the security truck that goes around and around always seems to be IN THE WAY when you are trying to go in, trying to park, and trying to leave. I DO NOT LIKE GOING TO SHOP AT WALMART ANYMORE. I have been shopping elsewhere when possible. Forget low prices. I'd rather have good customer service. Walmart is an empty shell of itself. Hollow-eyed cashiers who don't even look up to greet you.

I was planning on buying groceries and supplies from this store, but not anymore. Sam Walton personally had a policy to let RVs and others park overnight at locations because he stated, wanted and believed more everyday people should travel and see the USA. This location dishonors Sam Walton's legacy and goals in being a service to others. I'll spend my money elsewhere and advise others to do the same. I hope they will change their policy to encourage more travelers and honor Sam Walton's vision and wishes to help everyday people.

Seriously? Why bother. To start with, not all people who are disabled drive compact vehicles. Can't even fit our short bed truck into a handicap parking spot. Inside the store, majority of shelves are only partially stocked and this site doesn't have the variety other walmarts have. Forget about the fruit & veggies. And now, at check out, only two registers open. Very sad.

Love this Walmart. Easy to get in and out and lots of cool deals in the women's workout department. Couldn't believe in the last three weeks, I've purchased three pairs of Avia workout pants for less than $5.00. Totally smoking deals. In addition, when using the money services, the staff ranging from Kathy, Nubia at the PayPal counter are awesome and always give excellent customer service. Best Walmart in Santa Fe.

I ordered a roaster oven on line to pick up at the store. A day after I ordered it I received a date for it to be available at the store. The order pickup area was in the rear of the store. They advertised on line" the quick way to shop." This is a huge lie. In the store in the pick up area nobody was around. There is a small computer screen you touch which is suppose to get someone to help. We pushed that screen for 45 minutes and never did anybody show up. I talked with 10 to 15 employees as they check in for work through the stock room directly behind the pickup area, nobody could help us, but some did say they would find someone. We and 3 other customers left without our purchase. Since I needed the roaster for the Thanksgiving Turkey, I came again the following day and had the same problem. After waiting 32 minutes pushing the screen for help, I finally got an employee to try to help. She was a very nice new employee who figured out the process which took over an additional hour. I saw my item there with my name on it, but this store had nobody there to help for pickup. I talked to the assistant manager, no manager was at the store just before Thanksgiving, who apologized for not having anybody there, then left without helping anybody there to help then left the customers in line behind me without helping them. I will never ever order anything on line to pick up at the Walmart store On Cerrillos, it is a joke and management does not care one bit. If you do have to order on line from Walmart pay to have it shipped to your home or buy elsewhere.
