Today I had a problem with my photo order. It was a custom made item from the photo department. The store was short staffed and dealing with a delivery (that is hard! Truck Drivers have a limited time for everything to be unloaded, I know, I used to work in LTL dispatch. Also, Truck Drivers have to do certain jobs in a certain amount of time for safety regulations and are given certain expected drop off times, short staffing makes that HARD for everyone involved!) but made sure I was helped and went out of their way to make sure I got my custom order (a gift for tomorrow) in a timely manner. Later than the time listed online but as a human who has worked in retail I understand 100% that things happen and then happen and then MORE things happen some MORE. It's always when you're short staffed too! I believe a staff member actually came in on their day off to make this happen for me. I'd also like to note that everyone was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. All said and done I have my beautiful photo book and I am very pleased! Although done under rushed circumstances you'd never be able to guess that was the case! High ratings for the 4 staff members I worked with this morning and early afternoon Saturday, June 15th, 2024!

Hey Reyna. I didn’t go to pharmacy school, but Wellbutrin is not a controlled substance. With a simple google search and a trip to another walgreens, I was able to get my prescription transferred without a problem. At your level of experience, you certainly don’t deserve to have your job. People’s mental health is at stake.

Wow, no 24 hour pharmacies? Since I've moved here I've been nothing but impressed with how stupid New Mexico is. I came from a big city so this just comes off as laziness to me.

Disregard the unempathetic people here. I've been going here for years and have been treated very well. I understand the frustrations: Walgreens themselves bought local pharmacies and increased everyone's wait times. There used to be a very frazzled person working here who was actually mean. They are gone. Everyone remaining is very kind and deserves your compassion and gratitude in my opinion. Blame the Republicans for destroying our healthcare system.

I haven't encountered the bad customer service that others seemed to here, but the lines and PACE of the lines, are truly the stuff of legend. I've seen the elderly and disabled having to bring CHAIRS to this line, because the wait is so long. If the line is more than 10 folks, I don't even bother until I absolutely must. Even then, if you're in a short line, it can STILL take forever, I once had to stand in line for over an hour. The drive thru line isn't much better, and I've seen whole lines of cars wrap around the building. Especially as an ADHD person, this is an abject hell, definitely gonna transfer to another pharmacy once my ADHD brain actually *remembers* to do so. Don't go here unless you enjoy having to literally park yourself in a line.

Easily the worst place to pick up your medications. The young man that works there needs an attitude adjustment or a punch in the mouth. Most useless individuals you will deal with. Save your time and use anyone else

Do not go to this pharmacy. They did not mix my infant daughter’s prescription correctly, it was supposed to be given to the baby as liquid and they gave it to us as a powder. Thankfully I had my NP friend staying with me who was able to figure out the correct dosage. ALSO Super long lines always, and my prescription was often not ready when the system said it would be. Staff is not apologetic when this happens and just requests that I come back to wait in their long line again. The only reason I even went to Walgreens is because it was preferred by my insurance. Never again, getting all my prescriptions transferred.

Pharmacy does not answer their phones!

The lack of customer service in their pharmacy is downright criminal. I have used them for years and over this past year their approach to customer care has been hostile and abusive, if they are even open. They randomly close early and open late. They keep you on hold for hours and hang up on you if they bother to answer. Just NASTY!

Terrible place. Had a question for pharmacist so I called, was on hold for15 minutes when I finally hung up. Went down there, was confronted by a line stretching down the aisle. Waited for over 20 minutes. Over half an hour between phone and in person to get a simple question answered. Steer clear of this place. I've started getting my prescriptions at at cosco, not nearly theproblems at wall greens.

Do NOT get vaccinations here!!We got RSV vaccines at this Walgreens mid January of 2024. They charged us an administration fee that we should not have paid. I have placed 10 calls to here trying to fix it. I have placed multiple calls to my insurance and mail order perscription companies. I was informed that Walgreens did not submit it correctly. Apparently once it has been 7 days the store is unable to correct. I feel they were biding time until the 7 days were up. The people I spoke with were unprofessional and very rude. Clearly they were not interested in helping me. Stay away from this pharmacy!

Picking up prescriptions is a nightmare. There are usually 25 people in line, at least. There's an average wait of over an hour to talk on the phone with someone in the pharmacy. Most of the pharmacy customers are seniors. The cashiers aren't able to assist with ordinary questions. They don't have the information or authority. There's no one in the store who's accountable for ordinary questions. They refer people to the website. E.g., do I need an appointment for a Covid vaccine? The website is useless. Also, my bank & credit card are from California. They've NEVER been accepted in the store. I've complained. I've changed my pharmacy and I don't shop there anymore for sundress.
