Had an appointment for a vaccination at 11:50 AM. It’s now 12:30 PM and it’s going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. Almost an hour delay from my appointment time. Walgreens does not respect you or your time. Nobody mentioned anything upon check-in, that I would be waiting for a whole line of people ahead of me. It would’ve been nice to have known that information so I could have left sooner. 40 minutes of my time wasted. Such a bad customer service culture here.

The worse pharmacy ever!!! Long lines both inside and drive through. Have had them tell me they don’t have enough meds to fill prescriptions. Website text to say prescriptions are ready for pickup then being told there’s no info that that refill was requested and don’t pay any attention to website because it doesn’t work. Staff including pharmacist are rude, slow, and don’t seem to understand it’s “their job” to fill prescriptions and communicate with customers. If I had all the time back that I’ve spent running back and forth to the pharmacy only to be told they didn’t receive refill request, don’t have enough meds to fill prescription, and waiting in never ending lines to find I’ll have to come back, maybe I could except their general incompetence. Unfortunately, that’s my bad for not switching pharmacies a lot sooner!

On the phone for an hour to get a Walgreens pharmacy please hold didn’t even get a chance to talk then on hold for another 20 min and hung up on. Are you guys serious? This store needs all new staff or to be shut down. This store is convenient for us as it’s close to the in laws but we will be changing pharmacy’s

2 weeks, and my husband still doesn't have my medicine. I call daily only to be kept on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on. I can't get a manager to answer either. I get it's the busy season, but seriously??? If you can go to CVS, do so. I am severely disappointed in this place.

Same experience as everyone else said, not that anyone at Walgreens actually cares. Don’t bother calling. No one will answer. Waited in line for 45 minutes, about to pass out and vomit, to pick up my prescription (since the drive thru is no longer an option I had to go inside) Only to be told my prescription would not be ready until TOMORROW. After I was in the ER yesterday and now have to wait two days for any meds to help me? Disgusting excuse for an operation. Saw numerous people ahead of me leave aggravated and without whatever they came for. Inexcusable.

Wondering how Walgreens Pharmacy on Airport Rd continues to go down hill. I was on the phone waiting 28 minutes last night to see of my prescription was ready,, no one answered, then they closed at 9. Today I go to pick up a prescription at 1:30 and a sign on the window states, "there's no pharmacist on duty" so I called the store to speak to the manager. No one picked up. Message stated they're at lunch until 2. No back up staff, no coverage? This is ridiculous. Seriously considering using Walmart or CVS pharmacy from now on.

Always a nice place to go for whatever i might need whether i need it quickly or casually. I've always loved the selections of seasonal items always cool and super cute stuff for the kids! (And me ;)) especially for Valentine's Day Easter and Halloween!! Awesome stuff every year! Employees are always nice when im there and the time in line is never too long but i cant speak for times im not there, u know? (I mean DUH) lol but y'all know what i mean! ?

This store is consistent - consistently going downhill in service and stock, not to mention their pharmacy ... which is a disaster. I acknowledge that they do not have enough staff in the pharmacy, which they use as an excuse along with we are so sorry, over and over, but this has been going on for a long time and it is well past a reasonable amount of time needed to remedy the situation. Perhaps they should just close the pharmacy if they cannot provide good service. It actually makes we worried about what is in my bottle of pills - is there a standard for someone double checking all filled prescriptions before they are put on the to-be-picked-up shelf? And don't even try to call and talk to the pharmacy. Last time I tried to call in I was put through their horrifically long automated system only to be put on hold by the pharmacy once a line actually freed up, immediately put on hold, repeat, repeat, repeat, and then they hung up on. Four or five times through this routine and you will really get pi%^ed off. Plus you've now wasted hours on the phone. You cannot email them, so either you phone the pharmacy or go down there in person. At that point - believe me - they did not want me there in person. I've gone there for our prescriptions for over 10 years and am going to move everything to another pharmacy - even if it is on the other side of town. Walgreens on Airport needs to figure it out - or get new management - or something ... anything would be an improvement.

Pharmacy always picks up line and puts you on hold without saying anything over and over. I called store and the manager said she was going to transfer me again and if I called her back, she would go to see what was going on. I tried calling back the store. They obviously have a caller ID. They kept me on hold for a little while longer, and then just hung up on me without saying anything at all! The people at the store are very unprofessional and very rude! I have literally been trying to call for two days with them just picking up the phone and putting me on hold over and over again!

The fuckface of a pharmacist hung up on me every time it would ring, I was on hold for 30 minutes and every time she would hang up on me. It's the lack of respect for your job and the unprofessionalism for me

For many years Walgreens was our primary choice for prescriptions and incidental shopping. Rewards program was great, staff was professional and courteous, service was excellent. Today, it is hard to comprehend how a company can take such a dramatic nose dive into utter mediocrity and abysmal service. Walgreens went from our go to store to our no go store. Service is consistently poor, staff is poorly/inconsistently trained. Long delays is getting a prescription filled, long wait times to pick up prescriptions, errors in filling prescriptions, erratic and unpredictable pharmacy hours and apathetic staff. Then, the company taking political positions that cater to a vocal minority is simply too much. My family has moved on and rarely visit a Walgreen's store these days. Good riddance.Just when you think service could not get any worse, this Walgreens has reached a new low. Had an antibiotic prescription that needed to be filled for a sick grandson. Pharmacy could not be bothered, they were too busy. Best they could do was after noon the following day. Mind you, no one in line at the counter, drive-up window had closed early once again. Clerk simply did not want to be bothered. The unfortunate aspect is that store management appears to think that this poor level of service is perfectly acceptable.

We called the pharmacy and had them transfer a prescription from the Walgreens on Zita to this one. They had the prescription filled within 15 minutes.We needed a prescription from an urgent care visit filled tonight. The urgent care sent the prescription to the Walgreens on Zita Rd. They had over 200 prescriptions waiting to be filled and couldn't fill ours tonight. So we called and then came to this one.The staff here was fantastic and easy to deal with!

This Walgreens is absolutely terrible. Today I went there twice to pick up my prescriptions. The first time I waited at the pharmacy for nearly 20 minutes. Apparently the pharmacist was late and they weren't observing their posted times until he/she got out of bed. I returned later that day and the person that was working the window (who clearly saw me waiting for a couple of minutes..I had rang the bell) put up a sign saying that the pharmacist wasn't there and went on her lunch break. Not a single word but just a blatant Fuck You! I realize that people need breaks but this was totally unnecessary. I've spent nearly an hour driving around in 100 degree weather and I still don't have my medications. This is not my first bad experience with this location. They need to get their shit together!!
