I had an idea excellent experience at this Verizon store. I made an appointment on line and when we were greeted at the door we waited only a few minutes. Audra at this store is fantastic! She deserves a promotion and a monstrous raise. Will always drive across town to the store just to see her. She is AWESOME!!!

Friendly staff pretty busy when I went in had to wait over 20 minutes only to be told I wasn't able to do what I went in to do to begin with which was a little frustrating.
