They never answer the phone and I’ve called about 30 times even now they still don’t answer need to go pick up a phone I traded in that was not showing on the receipt.I still need to see if they have my phone but they don’t answer I don’t understand why I need to go there again this will be my third time having to travel to Santa Fe they Don’t answer!!!!!

Bought 2 new phones and had Anthony at the helm, he was Amazing! In one hour he got us switched over from AT&T to Verizon and transferred all our existing apps and photos from one phone to another, thank you again for making the switch so easy!

Super helpful team! Anthony and the Store Manager, Roy, helped me get exactly what I needed during my visit. They took the time to carefully place my screen protector on and assist me with choosing the best accessory for my phone. Great customer service and I will definitely tell my family & friends to shop at the Verizon store on N Guadalupe St in Santa Fe!

I called all day, ALL DAY, and not once did anyone ever pick up a phone there, and there was no way to leave a message.SCREW IT, I bought my phone at another place.

Avoid this store - go to the actual Verizon store. I traded my phone in for a newer phone when Verizon had a special offering a free S23, and a TAB tablet with a new plan and my trade in. I was told that the tablet was back ordered, and they would call or email when it arrived. After 2 weeks I tried calling (don't waste your time .. they don't answer their phone). I went to the store and waited in line several times only to be told they were having problems with FedEx deliveries .. and they would call or email.I went back again today (it's been 2 months since my purchase) and was told they were no longer offering that plan, and that my tablet order had been cancelled, BUT ... I could trade my new phone in on their latest special and get another new phone, tablet, and a watch .. I walked out. I've been with Verizon for 30 years and I'll stick with them, but I'll never shop at a Victra outlet again .. rip off. Lesson learned.

Anthony was great with my complex request. Service was great but we got a little backed up. Management might consider two service reps there at all busy times.
