This is not a real Verizon store, it is an authorized retailer . They are poor communicators, changed my plan without telling me. I asked to pay for the phone up front which they said was impossible. This is a lie, could have gone to a real Verizon store, Apple Store, or Best Buy. I ended up losing 400 dollars in fees because of their incompetence. DO NOT GO HERE!
