Tay was a life savor today! After a not so good experience at a previous verizon, I came to this one and he did everything he could to help me out! He was very professional, sweet, and overall amazing within customer service! If I ever had anymore phone problems or wanted to upgrade in the future, he is definitely the person I’ll go to!

Great customer service from Mr. Daniel Rael and staff.Upon entering, we were greeted, offered water, and given plenty of seating to accommodate. Daniel is patient, personable and has an answer to every question you could have.Excellent businessman in the making.Additionally we are very pleased so far with our products purchased. If we run into problems we know exactly where we’ll be going for answers.Thank you Daniel and thank you Verizon for all of your help!!

What a gem of a store. I needed internet ASAP and went in to speak to someone.Staff, in particular Rico , could not be more helpful !I ended up with a new Iphone, new home phone and the needed Internet!The store was spotless, and well equipped. The staff cordial , knowledgeable and professional.I could not be more pleased!

My family and I went inside and my uncle was looking at the phones in display. One of the workers there was being racist for assuming he was trying to steal when in reality he was just looking and waiting to get some help looking for a screen protector. All in all poor service.

We had the pleasure of talking with Sergio at this location about our plan with our phones and were so very happy with the customer service that Sergio gave us!!! Sergio presented us with all options and information that we had on our plan instead of just sending us on our way. So very pleased with his help beyond 100% of service he gave us. Went in yesterday to disconnect a watch that my husband doesn't use. And we were greeted so nice the man even opened the door for us. And we sat down told him why we were there and he continued to say what's your number looked up our accounts, and preceded to say your phones are VERY OLD your eligible for a upgrade. We said no thank u we just want to disconnect the watch. And he tried to explain if we don't upgrade we will loose our upgrade. We love our phones they are perfect. U can tell he immediately got annoyed, and started answering us with 1 answer words yup yup yup, ya ya ya. Extremely rude we will never go back to that store. We get your job is to sell but when some says no thank u. We understand we dont want to spend that kind of money right now. Im about to have a baby any day. You don't treat customers that have been with the company over 15 years like that.

Sergio has just been a life saver today; and this store also helped me back in Feb. when I was also visiting Santa Fe from NJ.Both times my cell went bonkers that I had purchased back in NJ.Today a new SIM card was installed at no charge. No wait. No hassle and with a smile! (And I rarely ever submit reviews for anything ever!)

Bad salesperson tactics and dishonesty. Told us they were charging a o e time upgrade fee but billed it as a service set up fee which according to Verizon is not the same. Salesperson did not help set up fee so ended up paying for a service setup and an upgrade. Watch out

Super helpful staff but closing time on Google (maps) is not correct (at the time of my visit). If you're headed there in the evening call to be sure they're open!
