We had an issue with our existing hire car ( the boot lid failed and wouldn't open) and she gladly provided an exchange even though we originally hired it from Austin Texas. A few issues with the language as being English things don't necessarily mean the same to us but she was patient and professional and even helped us swap the huge pile of stuff we carry to the new car.”

“I went to today to buy a car for my niece. Eddie was very helpful and non-pressuring. I found a rock solid older Honda Fit for a reasonable price with an excellent clean Carfax and one owner. I bought it on the spot, stuck it on the old credit card, and drove it away with no problems. They were very pleasant, professional, and thorough and even offered a free oil change with purchase. Here is a picture of the car which is clean and of the engine, which is absolutely immaculate.”
