This review covers today and a previous visit six months ago. This office of Tricore never answer there phone and have no way to leave a message. The manager six months ago basically even said as much when I confronted her about them never answering. Today was 5 calls no answer. Six months ago I tried calling multiple times and no answer or way to leave message. I went to the office and at 4:20 the office was closed and locked up. I had read online that they closed at 5 pm and even the hours on the door said they closed at 4:30, not 4:20... earlier actually since no one was there. I had to return from my home over ten miles away to get blood work. I spoke to the manager and she acknowledged they don't answer the phone and had no response to closing early the previous day. This manager was awful and a poor representative of this company. She has zero concern about patient care. My multiple calls on both occasions was to make sure they had my orders, because once they didn't (which wasn't there fault) except that if they answered there phone I would have saved myself a drive from past Eldorado. I have found the other staff to be good, but this manager is completely unacceptable in regard to patient care. She just doesn't care.

The signage is difficult to see. The lab is located near the corner of St. Mike’s where there are two large shopping centers. The sign is small with neutral colors that blend with the stucco. I drove around both shopping centers for 20 minutes looking for their office. I also tried calling 3 times for directions, but they don’t answer their phone.

I recently visited this clinic for mandatory immigration-related blood work, and the experience was highly disappointing. Throughout the process, a group of community college trainee girls and an older woman repeatedly entered the room, very openly giggling at my presence. Their assumption that I was being tested for STDs led to unprofessional behavior, and as I left, they burst out laughing, further compromising my privacy. Such conduct is unacceptable, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their medical needs.

clean, nice expert staff, organized, drawn blood was painless and easy. Thank you! I recommend any of Tricore's offices.

A short mustached man who I can only assume was the technician or nurse had the nerve to blame me for them accidentally pulling out the needle, then yell at me because he grabbed the wrong testing tubes. The only positive was the kind lady that was nothing but apologetic for that disgrace of a nurse. I genuinely hope no one else with needle related trauma has to deal with that rude impatient man child and I hope she gets a raise for having to deal with him.

I came here to get some blood work done and left feeling extremely sad. I’m new to insurance and I felt like a burden during this whole experience. First, the nurse who helped me was annoyed at how the blood work orders were written by my doctor and had trouble finding the ones needed. She was an older woman with gray hair. Then, my mom offered her insurance card and when asked how old I was, I responded 24. This woman gave me a judgmental look and asked why I was still under her insurance. Why is it any of her business?I then had to fill out a form and accidentally checked something off instead of writing my initials. Even the way I crossed something out on the form was also a problem. She should retire if she’s so easily irritated on the job.I will never return because this was the worst interaction I have ever had during a blood draw. I’m surprised they’re still in business. Go somewhere else.

Went in for a blood test. They were very friendly and nice, but I had to get stuck four times; the last time a different person had to do it who was much better than the first. They tried my hand at one point and i ended up with nerve pain in my hand for two days which thankfully went away. After all that, they didn't even test for what was on the order from my doctor. So I still don't know my cholesterol level or any of the things I was hoping to find out. What a waste of time, pain and money. I'd go back to make them do it over but I don't want to get stuck again by them! I've never had these problems at Christus. This was the office on Llano St.
