“My truck broke down while camping in the Pecos and my tow truck driver recommended I go to Rafa’s for repairs. Very concerned that I’d be laid up multiple days at a hotel while parts were ordered and repairs made, Rafa had my truck repaired (affordably!) in less than 24 hours. A feat I was unsure was possible considering I dropped off in the afternoon and they were very busy. Can not recommend them enough. 10/10 would go to them the next time I’m broken down 1000’s of miles from home.”

Ari, the owner, usually calls personally to go over my service, and Amy, who runs the front desk, is extremely personable and helpful. They do keep the car longer than some other shops but I see that as what it takes to do the job right. I am leaving Santa Fe and am genuinely sad to be saying goodbye to the reliability and honesty I could always count on from Master Tech.”

“My experience at this business was unparalleled. I had a six week old kitten that crawled up my brake pedal into the dashboard of my car. I brought the car in first thing in the morning, without an appointment, and requested that they remove all the panels of my dashboard to get the kitten out, a 3 1/2 hour process. They did not hesitate, and set to work right away to rescue my tiny baby kitten. 3 1/2 hours later, she was returned safely to my arms, and my car was returned to me in perfect condition. They believed me, they sacrificed many hours out of their day to help me, and they were so very kind. I would recommend this business to anyone for anything. “My 1998 Toyota 4Runner's engine died several years ago. I could not bear to junk it after so many years of great experiences in Washington State, California, Vermont and here in New Mexico. Luckily while thinking about engine replacement I discovered Daniel's "German Auto Solutions". I went to see him and after some warm and honest conversation I agreed to have German Auto Solutions replace my Toyota's engine. He took his time which was my preference because I emphasized I wanted a good job and not a rushed just get it done approach. I am now once again driving my prized 1998 4Runner with a replaced younger engine Daniel was able to locate that did not rob my bank! He did a great job!! “Actions speak louder than words. The folks here are stand-up people. I had a new alert on a push-start car. None of my old tricks worked. I gave up and called FAST auto mechanics to ask if they could take in a Honda if I could get it towed there. They could have let me spend money on a tow and could have charged me to diagnose the problem. Instead they walked me through a few steps that got me running again. Thank goodness for service people like that!”
