I made an appointment with Express several days ago. I cleared my calendar and drove 30 minutes to their location, only to be told they could not honor my appt because they were short service personnel. It would now take several hours! HOW HARD IS IT TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THEIR CLIENTS AND TELL THEM THEY NEED TO RESCHEDULE? The waiting room was full of unhappy clients. Poor management.

They only take appointments, which would be fine if they stuck to that schedule. I waited an hour and five minutes AFTER my appointment time for my vehicle to even get pulled in the shop.

NOT the place to take your vehicle for maintenance. I brought in my Toyota and had the transmission looked at. They told me something was physically wrong with it and that I would have to get it replaced. When I took it to a local transmission specialist they found that it was low on fluid. Toyota's mechanics are NOT trained to be competent enough to find that my transmission was low on fluid, and that it was the reason it was having problems! It's fixed now, no thanks to Toyota. The way their system is set up with having a scheduler, an advisor and a mechanic each being compartmentalized from each other makes them a scam. In fact, the advisor even got upset at me for talking to the mechanic. He said he's the one that's supposed to tell me everything. The problem with that is he doesn't know anything. I'll never trust Toyota with my Toyota again.

I use Google maps very often, but it is not up to date at my location. The areal view is several years old but the street view is accurate.

Called to ask if they take walk ins so I traveled 1hr+ to Santa Fe to get here, not to mention I traveled 350+ miles from a different state and my 15k service was coming up during this trip. The closest service center where I live is 2.5 hrs away so being able to walk in was a blessing. Quoted 2 hours at the longest which was fine since I was going to go eat and drop off another vehicle down the road for tires. It take about 1hour 15min as I was called during lunch. Great customer service here. I would highly recommend this location for your maintenance needs.

I'm give these folks much respect for pointing me to another service when they weren't able to get to me for a few days. That means a lot to me and will reach out to them in the future without hesitation.

I got my 35000 miles service done in 45 minutes! Jennifer was quick, knowledgeable and friendly and the wait room was neat. I am very happy to bring my car here.

They rushed my service so one of my hoses came loose. It caused the cruise control to stop working. The check engine light also turned on. I mentioned this to them before and I got a concerned email offering to check it out. I agreed but received no follow up beyond the initial email.I took it to another mechanic and they temporarily fixed the problem.Later on, as I was getting home the engine shut itself off as I was approaching an intersection which is pretty dangerous to me and everyone around.I called them several times as the above seemingly benign problem had clearly escalated. They came over, told me my car was burning oil, put some additional in almost as a bandage to the issue and left. I almost could have not gotten the oil changed at all and I imagine I’d be better off. I have been advised not to go to these quick lube places and after 3 separate experiences like this I've finally learned my lesson.
