Went in to get a phone diagnosed because flash and back camera did not work. At first Andrea attended us but told us to come back in an hour or be back the next day after 4 for her to help us. We returned the next day at 4 and Isaac was the only one working. Reluctantly we let him take a look at the phone and he says he will open it and diagnose it, to return in 30 minutes. When we returned he was still installing a new camera and also let us know he has accidentally broke the screen on the phone while opening it. He assures us he will have a new oem screen on the way and installation will be free since it happened while he was doing the repair. We return to the store for the third time now the next day and Andrea attends us again. We explain to her the situation and she tells us to leave her the phone and come back in an hour. When we come back she says she was “confused” because the “screen wasn’t cracked” and she wasn’t sure why we needed a new screen even though we explained her coworker broke it the day before while he installed the camera. She gives us the phone and when we ask if the camera was oem, as it had been before we took it to CPR, she replies with “Yeah, I dont know. I was just told to install a screen so I did.” It was awfully rude considering the fact her coworker broke the screen because he was incompetent. Will probably have to take to apple to see if they installed an oem screen. Regret even taking it in for repairs…

Andrea has always been most helpful. I have taken several different iPhones with different issues and she has been able to assist and correct the issues almost immediately. She handles multiple customers at the same time (if able) which cuts down on time for everyone. I have referred her to many people who she has also helped as well.
