“We had our tires rotated and balanced at discount tire. She told him about a tire that had a slow leak. They replaced the valve stem, so that was an effort. Unfortunately the tire was leaking around the balancing weight. It looks like a new weight so I don’t know if it’s the same tire or not. My wife will bring the car back for a repair. I’m sure they’ll fix it. We have used discount tire for years and will continue to do so.”

“The shop looks kind of haphazard, but one of the guys directed me in as I pulled up and asked in Spanish the problem. We spoke spanish as I explained I had a flat. Even though Discount Tire said the flat was not repairable, this guy fixed it and got it on my vehicle in about 15 minutes. Charge was only $30.”
“We ran into car trouble in the middle of a road trip. We were told the car could be looked at the same day and we received a call with a quote within a few hours. The price was more than fair and the repair was done in less than 24 hours for less than quoted. The rest of the road trip went smoothly.

After my car had been sitting in the garage with the hood up for an hour and a half I asked the man at the counter how much longer it would be. He got nervous and went into the garage to "ask". He walked into the garage checked on my car. Grabbed an impact wrench and removed my tire. They hadn't even started working on my car. I asked him why they wasted my day and told him to give me my car back. There have got to be better garages in Santa Fe than this. Don't waste your whole day on this place.”
“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair.
