“Big O Santa Fe was a big life saver! We had the new Big O Taos do an oil change, balance and tire rotation and general checklist about 2 days prior our trip to 'Burque. We found the they hadn't put on our air cleaner cover properly and almost lost our hub cap. On our trip our vehicle shook so badly going 70-75 mph, we stopped in Santa Fe. They had to redo the wheel balance and found we lost our oil cap. Told us the front brakes needed changing very soon. Which Taos didn't mention at all. We were very thankful for Santa Fe professionalism and took care of us with no extra expense!”

“Called ahead of time to find a tire which is a odd ball size 205/50/R17 and they had one used and for about 10 to 15 bucks cheaper than anyone else friendly and fast I highly recommend if you ever need a new or used tire”

“The shop looks kind of haphazard, but one of the guys directed me in as I pulled up and asked in Spanish the problem. We spoke spanish as I explained I had a flat. Even though Discount Tire said the flat was not repairable, this guy fixed it and got it on my vehicle in about 15 minutes. Charge was only $30.”

I arrived for my new appointment and they got right to work on my car. Seems like they did a great job so I am changing my rating based on this new experience. After my car had been sitting in the garage with the hood up for an hour and a half I asked the man at the counter how much longer it would be. He got nervous and went into the garage to "ask". He walked into the garage checked on my car. Grabbed an impact wrench and removed my tire. They hadn't even started working on my car. I asked him why they wasted my day and told him to give me my car back. There have got to be better garages in Santa Fe than this. Don't waste your whole day on this place.”
“My daughter's car had a low tire pressure warning. She pulled in to get the tires checked and repaired if needed. The young man checked all 4 tires, added air, and let her know she was good to go. We tried to pay him for his time but he wouldn't accept any money. Thank you for the assistance!”
“I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. “Jeremy, Dell, PJ, and one other gentleman I didn’t get his name are wonderful! Had a surprise flat an hour before closing, and had to be towed to the location. They took us in, changed our tire, and all with a great attitude. We were out of town, the dog was at the hotel, and were in a bad spot, but those guys took care of us.
