Love the connivence of this place - however, customer service is unfortunately suboptimal. Never have I been charged for 6 pieces of tape. I had a shipping label printed and the same box the item was shipped to me in - if the business insists on charging for their time and tape - that needs to be disclosed. It wasn't disclosed to me. Had it been, I would have gone home and used my own tape. Transparency would be appreciated. As far as getting boxes shipped and being in a good location - this place is awesome. Hoping this was a one off experience. Sadly, I will find elsewhere to do my business.

I stopped in with two weird-yet-sentimental objects that I needed to send to my home in Oregon. One was quite large, both breakable. I needed them to do the packing, as it was a spur-of-the-moment decision to send them.My service was fantastic and friendly. Both objects arrived PERFECTLY packed and shipped, whole and intact, a few days later 1,400 miles away.Thank you again, Whole Package. You've made our household much brighter!

horribly unprofessional and not trustworthy. asked to provide proof of santa fe residency in order to rent a mailbox i brought a property tax statement to same woman who made the request and emphasized the need was for government. i signed it and read where misinformation on the document was punishable by law. after i got home i checked the paperwork. she had put down a p.o. box address i had been using at the time NOT the home address...a lot box does not prove residency. no apology. i had to go back for corrected documents and i live over an hour away. defensive and a bully--why did i think she would put the wrong address on purpose? because i was fresh from a nitghtmarish experience with mail call down the street. after that experience i wrote a negative review on yelp and got booted. strong message not to complain. whole package swears no affiliation with mail call but at very least they are colleagues and the owner of mail call used to rent a mail box at whole package. but i mistrust my intuition and stay with whole package. today first packages arrive from amazon and the huge box is in an aisle where customers pass by and the box is OPEN, with items in my order unwrapped in the box. so the same woman says she put a heavier box on top of my box (on the floor in the aisle.) the heavier box broke it broke my box open. no apology. she has a dolly but it had a flat tire. no offer to help. wow. bad review and better business bureau, chat with police and state postmaster. owner charles says i will be given a full refund for my trouble. thanks.

Great place. Helpful, organized, and efficient. The people here are wonderful. My parents have a box here, and I get their mail when they travel. These folks make everything easier. Highly recommend!

This place is TERRIBLE and the management is worse. My package arrived damaged, and while that was upsetting, that is not why I am upset with this business. When I shipped the package, I said I wanted it insured. I was not asked any questions about the value, etc., but instead, I was told, here are your options for shipping your package with insurance. I selected my option and left the package and no further questions were asked. When the package arrived with the item inside broken into pieces, I called Fed Ex and they said I had to submit the claim through the shipping company, so I called The Whole Package to let them know what happened and to ask them to submit the claim. Instead of being helpful or even apologetic, I was told I was incompetent and that "it's not their fault if I don't follow-through" because apparently the insurance option I selected didn't cover the full value of the package...even though I was never asked that when they gave me my options. I was told I would get a call back, and a month later I never received a call back. When I finally got in touch, I was spoken to disrespectfully and again "reprimanded" for not being competent enough to "follow-through." Quite frankly, it's been a long time since I've been treated this disrespectfully by ANYONE much less a business that thrives on customer service.

We always feel welcome and taken care of at this thoughtful family owned pack-and-ship center; we have had a mailbox rental for 3 years as well as taken all our post office, Fed Ex, and UPS shipments here since moving downtown. Love the friendly service and convenient location. Thanks, Whole Package! (Cute gifts and cards in the shop, too!)

Probably one of these worst service experiences I’ve ever had in my life, the guy did not want to take my order. The lady came after eight minutes and it was super rude. The whole experience was just awful. I will never go back to this place I can’t believe anybody would actually support this business.
