This is actually the worst possible place to bring your animals! First off, they are all over the place with pricing! We were told 1 price and got charged something completely different! After we picked up our dogs, they won't answer the phone, and they won't email me back! They had no problem calling me back to back while I was at work to schedule the appointment but now they can't return or answer my phone calls!! ON TOP OF IT check in was at 8am and pick up was at 330pm, my dogs are potty trained and have NEVER pooped in their cage before. We picked up our dog covered in poop! My dogs were neglected ALL day to use the restroom!

I am so impressed. Such friendly staff, and they were so gentle to my cat, kind to me, and explained everything clearly. Stitches were pristine from the neuter procedure. I highly recommend this clinic.

Be very careful bringing pets here especially puppies and from what I'm seeing older animals most the time things work out but the staff doesn't want to help if anything goes wrong they have basic training and probably don't paid enough to care but when things go wrong u are left crying or paying alot outa pocket for some one who does care come here if u have no other options

They were able to get us in quick and I feel I received more for the price than I did when I’ve used my regular veterinarian for spay/neuter services. They sent my pup home with a e-collar and pain meds.

Took excellent care of my kittens! We had some worries post-op, so we exchanged a couple of emails and they provided for a quick check in office. All is well, and I’m glad they are both kind and thorough!

They were really busy. Just be patient and make sure to ask for the E collar after surgery so that your pet doesn't lick the wound. They don't automatically provide it.

I got my cat back after getting neutered and he was COVERED in urine. I mean dripping wet covered. I called them and told me that it happens. I have cats and that has never happened. He just had a procedure and is sitting in his own urine and that's okay? Even tho it's high risk for infection. But that's no cause for concern? Okay well I'm reporting the clinic to the BBB and the veterinary state board. This is not okay. The photo is him soaking wet and the water marks are from his SITTING ON THE GROUND. THATS HOW WET HE WAS FROM HIS OWN URINE.

Had our little kitty renew her vaccines here this morning. Curbside service was fast, effective, and awesome. The guy that helped us was super friendly and did an awesome job. Our kitty was back home perched in her favorite window in no time!

Terrible experience. Only because of a horrible employee Juan. Very uneducated, giving wrong information to the Spanish speaking, acting like he knows animals. Totally rude, very judgmental and making unnecessary comments. Meanwhile he takes my 4 legged furry baby, to get vaccinated. And I honestly I am so unsure if they did infact vaccinated my bby. This was by far the strangest encounter I’ve ever had w/ anyone claiming to be experienced in animal care. So unprofessional in every way. Unfortunately, my baby & I are traumatized by this entire experience. Not only do I DEFINITELY NOT recommend anyone looking into any kind of services they offer. I highly discourage anyone who loved and cared for their pet going to this place. Avoid these abusive ppl at all cost. My baby is now SO traumatized and so sketched out by men. And it’s unfair and unfortunate. It’s literally like my pup now suffers from PTSD, like I do. Just to go get shots, completely uncalled for and absolutely unacceptable treatment from so-called professionals. I highly discourage anyone from taking their furry loved ones to this terrible strange place.
