I really enjoy going here. They always have someone willing to help, have a ton of options for food and toys, will special order what you need and follow up, and have a rewards program. Overall good prices considering the quality of food they have. Definitely my go-to pet store.

Tons of nice treats and toys for pups. Really helpful staff - so friendly! One thing I'd watch for - the pricing on some of the toys is pretty high. We didn't realize one of the toys we bought was 3x what we thought it was until after getting down the road and taking a look at the receipt. Yikes.

Great local place to buy various pet products. Amazing place to wash your pet. Everything is provided. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

Had lame experience with male salesperson who immediately warns customers about closing the store in 4 minutes. He asks to help. But when I tell him what I need he doesn't bother to help me find Catit pouches and says they do not carry them. Wrong! They are on another shelf. Found them myself. He then decides to snub me even though it was my turn. So he helps the other customer even though I was there before her. I walked away to look at other things. So he then followed me over to where I was. His attitude...Hurry up and wait. No thank you. Please train your staff to be more customer friendly and not tell me they don't have something when they do.

Mainly, as soon as you walk in you are given customer service and not ignored like they are doing you a favor like the place I was going to does. They acknowledge you!They have some of the same products I was buying elsewhere at a reasonable price.Staff is knowledgeable of their products and offer lotsa HELPFUL suggestions. ??

This is one of the best local pet supply stores I've come across. They're a bit more expensive than the big boxers, but they have a fantastic selection of innovative products for your critters. My fave is the do-it-yourself dog wash. My dogs may not agree with me on this.
