I was past the return and refund with a receipt, but just wanted to exchange the exact item for a different size and was refused. If this is a store policy, it should be changed since people can just walk out and steal without consequences, but an honest customer who actually liked the product and shops here regularly was refused. I won't be giving them my business anymore. Amazon gives me less trouble, so that's how it will have to be from now on.

Helpful, friendly staff and tons of great deals! I have been utilizing this store for the past 10 years. Recently, the store is sooo crowded with clothing displays (and sometimes people too), it makes me feel claustrophobic and a bit anxious. They need a bigger store or perhaps moving some displays towards the back of the store, so people can social distance and walk In and out of the store without knocking clothes off tables and bumping into racks.

This mall is located on the south end of town in Santa Fe, but is on Cerrillos Rd. which is a main hub and accessible from anywhere in town. The stores include big department stores (Dillards, JC Penney's), Specialty stores you'd expect in a small to medium sized city, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, Foot Locker, Victoria's Secret, Kays' Jewelers, Zales, etc. Some chain restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster... Parking available. Actually, it's pretty good for a town the size of Santa Fe even though Santa Fe is both a destination town and a high end location for living.

This appears to be a big mall going rapidly downhill. I am sure it used to be nice, but it seems like many of the big anchor stores have vacated the premises. We wandered through it and didn't find anything to look at. Maybe it will recover. Look on the bright side... lots of free parking !

Lots of stores and lots of people. Old fashioned brick & mortar shopping. Mostly family oriented. A nice jewelry repair store with old estate items for sale. They fixed my bracelet for a reasonable price. Many unique old pawn pieces. Love this place!

Is hoping to find some unique clothing items at a more affordable price but was disappointed with the types and number of shots at the mall. That said it is very typical of a smaller mall and we did enjoy walking through.
