Excellent customer service. The whole team of mobile experts are amazing young people who work well together and are as patient as you could ever ask for. They learn and share from each other while they work. You may have to wait, but oh so worth it! Janette was so patient yet firm and confident. Keep this one for sure!!!

Went in today to square away my bill. Was in the middle of talking with Gonzalo Arzaga about a phone upgrade when he started helping someone else. I left the store shortly thereafter without finishing the discussion. After I left, Gonzalo charged my account with a fake past due amount and disconnected service from my line.Easy fix, I used the chat option on the T-Mobile app to get my service restored. I will NEVER return to that store, just use the app, it’s faster, easier and probably safer.

Dear T-Mobile,Thank you for your response. I appreciate your acknowledgment of my feedback regarding the customer service experience at the Saint Michael street store.While I understand that improvements are always a part of the process, I must express my disappointment with the level of assistance provided at that particular location. The sales representative's lack of communication and seeming focus solely on making a sale left me dissatisfied with the service.In contrast, the experience I had at the T-Mobile store on 4056 Cerrillos Rd Suite E-2, Santa Fe, NM 87507, was notably different. The staff there were welcoming, and the salesman treated me with respect while assisting me in getting a new phone for my boss.I hope that my feedback can contribute to enhancing the customer service at all T-Mobile stores. I believe that with the right improvements, customers can have a consistently positive experience.Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future.Sincerely,Arik

If I could give zero I would. Rude and incompetent staff. Where do I begin?1) Couldn't set up a new phone that was purchased directly from Apple. Told me to go to Best Buy to have them fix it. Insisted the problem was the new iphone. 2) Never updated software on new phone so it would set up properly. 3) Screwed up the settings on my old phone so it didn't work at all when I walked out of the store. 4) installed a bad sim and never thought to change to a new sim. 5) Told me I should buy a new phone from them because that would make it work. 6) never deleted the account they set up, they just did a postvoid but didn't remove me from their system. 7) never tested to see if the internet worked vs. the call and text - basically had no clue how to troubleshoot. Worst of all, the rude female manager who was there at 6pm parked too close and backed in next to my new car. I had to fold back her rearview mirror just so I could squeeze into my car, and the witch came out of the store and started screaming at me. She was the one who parked too close to me, yet she screamed at an already dissatisfied customer because I was parked first in my space between the lines. Horrible people, incompetent staff, people have no business working in tech or customer service. I called Apple directly who confirmed all the mistakes that were made in store. Apple fixed both phones. There was nothing wrong that an update and new sim couldn't fix. There's one thing about being pooorly trained and incompetent. It's another to yell at a senior citizen and blame the customer, the manufacturer, and the phone for your incompetence and rudeness. I tried to call TMobile to complain, and of course, consistent with the incompetence in the store, they left me on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up on them.

We came in to switch our two lines from ATT and purchase new phones at the same time. It took over 3 hours for them to do this. On top of it when we got home, we found that our phone numbers weren't ported correctly. My husband had to drive back, and we are hoping it won't take another 3 hours to correct it. Beyond frustrated!!!

We are extremely satisfied with the customer service from Gonzalo. He took his time with us and helped solve every single issue we had. We greatly appreciate people like him, especially in a time where everybody is trying to get you to upgrade your phone and sell you something. We highly recommend this location, and specifically Gonzalo. He's friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We'll be back to work with him when it's time to get a new phone! Thank you again for the kindness!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever come across. I think the employee's name was Alejandro. Rude, condescending, and rushed me out of there. I had to go to a different store across town because he didn't fix my issue. I work in IT, so I'm not completely inept when it comes to technology. But Alejandro made me feel like I was. I will never return to this location.

They always have 4 employees on the floor to work but 2 employees are just talking and standing around. I really dread going inside of this store. The employees take your name when you arrive and tell it will be a few minutes but really it's like 40 minutes because half of the T-Mobile employees are just standing around doing nothing...Such poor in store customer service.

I won't buy a phone if I can't hold it. The staff cannot disconnect the security cable. Also, I ordered a 5G router and spent two months trying to get it to work, with constant support from T-Mobile "experts". They were unable to get it to work. That process, of course, required using the router. They could not get it to work. All that is fine, BUT they charged me for the two months that it wouldn't work. OUTRAGEOUS!

Their coverage is fantastic. Their selection of top-performance phones is awesome. I think their customer service distinguishes them from other carriers. Today I had to go into the store to replace a cracked screen protector. Thanks to Matthew and another employee working as an efficient team, I was in and out in under five minutes. Impressive!
