Almost Every employee at the Santa Fe corporate store was useless rude and unwilling to help me. They don't seem trained. My simple request took 3 visits and 3 hours and still I have not gotten what I need. I even was on the phone with t mobile for an hour. I am leaving T-mobile for comcast because my experience has been absolutely awful and they are so much more affordable. I wouldn't mind paying more if the service was good, but the cell service and customer service are a joke. I am trying to find any and every way possible to inform others about how terrible T-Mobile is, especially the local store. T-Mobile should never have bought sprint. Sprint was so much better for the 10 years I was there. Only took T-Mobile how long to lose me? Pathetic!

DON'T USE T-MOBILE, Read: Called T-Mobile to get a promo discount after my plan expired. Was told no discounts for existing customers. I kept calling T-Mobile to cancel and would keep get hung up on. Went to Xfinity and got new plan for half the price. Xfinity pulled my phone numbers over to my new plan and T-Mobile locked my phones so I could not use them. I went to T-Mobile store and was told I need to call T-Mobile. Called T-Mobile and was to I need to go to T-Mobile store. After getting the run around, going to 2 different T-Mobile stores and many calls, No one would help me. I had to buy 2 new phones. Worst experience I have ever had. I just hope T-Mobile will not keep charging my credit card through Auto pay or I will need to change my credit card number. Terrible business practices.

Employees who said his name was Irving madenit clear I was imposing on his free time while he was sitting and chatting the other employee. While I wanted to buy a new phone, clearly Irving wasnt real interested in selling one to me, so I left.A while back they had an employee named Chance. Nice guy and very helpful. Perhaps wherever he is Tmobile can use Chance to teach the current employees at this location what customer service is!I will spend my money elsewhere

Rude short unwilling to listen. Someone at Tmobile should look into starting a training program. I was told i was wrong 9 times until i showed the ad then i was told i misunderstood. Stay away from t mobile stores use the on line purchase option, at least there your expecting zero service.

Went in to this location, waited about 45 minutes. I was having issues with my sim card. The tmobile employee changed out the SIM card and stated my phone still wasn't working and I would have to either upgrade or trade in my phone. I left the store then reached out to the company via the phone app/chat and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes!!! Had nothing to do with my phone- they (Tmobile) had my older model phone listed (I upgraded last year by the way). Quick fix for them (tmobile chat)-they just had to update my current phone model, had me reinsert the sim and now it's working fine. Thank you tmobile chat ?

The worst t mobile ever was going to transfer jenna and erving very rude and misleading had to pay for sev9ce they promised to change number after they failed to do it they didnt even return my money thats proper fraud will nevet transfer to this net work only for that reason if you wanna get lied to and scammed this place is for you
