They were most helpful. It was a new phone and Desiree answered my many questions with great patience. She also showed me some of the features of which I was unaware. Would definitely take my phone back if I have any problems.

had a new battery put in an old mac computer, which--i think--was priced extremely fair. dropped it off in the morning and picked it up before close & the woman who worked the front is great. highly recommend

I stupidly crushed the home button for my older iPhone. I’m from out of town. Yikes $$$ But I was SAVED by the woman here. Super amazing price ? and side note - she looks like Meryl Streep’s daughter. Super nice and I’m super appreciative ?

It’s like having a new phone! They did an excellent job fixing my black screen and nearly non existent battery. Kept me up to date on progress and had quicker than expected turn around time.

I recently went to Synergy Tech for two issues: 1) my cell phone's screen was broken, and 2) the battery had reached 80% of its initial health, and thus begun to run down quickly. For only $159, Synergy replaced both the battery and the screen, and I was shocked at how quickly the procedure was done and how immaculate the screen looked. However, the first night I got home I noticed that the new battery ran down to zero from a full charge overnight, even while being in airplane mode; the new battery seemed *worse* than my original one. I called Synergy and they gave me a new appointment to drop by and check out the battery, even though they did not need to do so; I thought that was fabulous customer service. Upon receiving the phone, they again replaced the battery, and they also cleaned out my charging port (something I did not ask for!). However, the new battery still runs down even when my phone is on airplane mode/not in use. What to say of a case like this? I think Synergy gives the absolute best service they can, and certainly an exceptional service for this type of business. At the same time, I do not think their batteries are of as high quality as batteries coming from Apple itself... Why would they be? I thought I would post this review in case anyone else was hoping for a miracle cure for an ailing battery.

I have never been more pleased with visiting a business! Desiree working the front desk is a true professional and a joy to meet and work with! My mobile phone was not charging correctly. When I was told that the issue could be one of two things. One being that the charging port may need to be cleaned and would. It “X”. Or the charging port would have to be replaced and the cost would be “Y”. And of course “Y” being a much larger number! I was beyond shocked and pleased when I was called 30 minutes later to find out that my charging port was cleaned at a Very Reasonable cost. I was at their mercy regarding what my phone needed and was extremely happy that the repair needed was the much smaller possible expense! I highly recommend Synergy as a honest and reputable small business! Thank you Desiree!
