I had a wonderful experience at the Santa Fe Sleep Number store. Gary was a wonderful sales manager and got me all set up with a new bed with all the bells and whistles. Now lets see how I sleep.

Gerry helped my husband and me. He and all the other staff at the store are VERY friendly and helpful. Gerry showed us how the adjustability of the bed's firmness worked and we could see where our sleep pressure points were on a screen above the first demo bed we lay on. It was amazing to feel and see how the pressure was relieved as the sleep number went down. We ordered our new bed that day and are VERY excited to start our 100 day sleep trial. Thank you to Gerry and the whole team at the Santa Fe Sleep Number store for a great experience!

I think I might have liked this bed, not sure. There was one other couple in the store lying on a bed when I went in. I expected they would be first in line, but the sales person did not even say "hello, I will be with you in a minute" or invite me to try out the beds while I stood there -- she just waited while the others relaxed on the bed. There are no prices posted, so you can't really self-shop. After 10 minutes, I left. I am still not sure I wouldn't have liked this bed more than the $5000 Tempurpedic I wound up getting across the street, but it does hurt to be TOTALLY ignored, suggests the rest of the service component will be missing.

Ordered a Sleep Number bed with frame. The bed frame was not as ordered and the mattresses are not what was expected. Have tried three times to get Sleep Number to come pick up the bed, frame etc. No answer, no response from supervisors or anyone. Highly suggest you do not deal with this company. New post: Twelve days later a woman from the executive team called. She said she will get back to me with future options for the return. Still waiting for those options.

Guy doing drugs near the parking lot close to store. He looked paranoid. I was a little annoyed because I left my car open and knew I had a quick return. Then salesperson kept offering me pillows to try but I was ready to leave. I managed to walk out and tweaker was gone. Not super excited by showroom since it was kind of dirty

I always pass the store and on this day I decided today was the day. So happy I did. Such a great experience learning about sleep number i8 360 smart bed. I walked out of there a well informed customer and will happily get my bed soon. I urge those in doubt to go in and discover the tremendous benefits of a sleep number bed designed for all budgets. Thank you Colin McAdams for your expertise and guidance.
