First off this is a higher end mattress store. But I was looking for a high-quality mattress about five years ago. I wanted to maximize as much as I could natural ingredients. I found something in my price range that I loved for the guestroom. I easily could have paid 8 to 10 times more for a mattress but I'm not sure I would have felt that it would have been any better. I liked it so much I preferred sleeping in the guestroom. And that's the feedback I got from everyone who had spent the night. Eventually I replaced an all natural latex foam, triple decker mattress in the master bedroom with the exact same mattress. Very friendly and helpful service on each occasion I've been there.

I bought a Shifman King size mattress at Sleep and Dream that was supposed to be plush and luxurious.After a year, the mattress began to sag, no matter how often we flipped it.I contacted Sharon and she adamantly said that it was normal wear and tear, even her Shifman Representative confirmed this.This was clearly a defective mattress!Sleep and Dream refused refund our money or give us a credit for a new mattress.I give Sharon at Sleep and Dream an F for customer service and I give the Shifman Mattress an F for comfort.

Sharon gave excellent service guiding me to find the perfect mattress for me. I had intended to shop around, but one stop was all that I needed . The American Heritage Austin mattress is the best mattress I ever slept on being both comfortably soft and firm at the same time. Well made and luxurious I haven’t slept this well in a long time. Delivery was accommodating to my scheduleThank you!!!

I LOVE my new Sleep and Dream mattress! I looked several places and really loved the feel and support of this mattress. Sharon and Katy were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. My wife and I looked at a few mattress stores in town. This place is light years better than all of them - cleaner, more professional and a focus on quality, not quantity. Their offerings are very nice and the service is great. (The bed in a box stuff was never an option because we wanted to try something before we bought it. Plus I've had bad experience with foam mattresses packing out. ) I was surprised to find a mattress that is made in the USA at a better price than comparable big-box brands, a 10 year warranty and all from a store that is locally owned.

My husband and I went in to find a way to improve our sleeping. We felt very welcomed and we were able to sample many different beds, mattresses, pillows, and toppers. We settled on a merino wool pillow that worked fantastic for us! I will be back for more. Lyra & Paul Grant
