The store itself is nice and the shoe selection is decent. I’m not sure if it’s because of what I look like but each time I’ve shopped here I have been treated like a thief. My mother and I were followed through the store each time I’ve gone. The other day my mom had to exchange a pair of sneakers and the staff was extremely rude. Our cashier treated us like we were scamming her by utilizing a service THEY provide. She constantly cut my mother off and didn’t let her talk, all the while glaring at us suspiciously. The manager eventually approved the exchange but even he treated us like we were trying to “pull one over on him”. I’ve never had a good experience with the staff here. Just shop online once you know what fits unless you’re into being treated like crap.

Love love love sketcher’s shoes. So comfortable. I don’t have a sketcher’s outlet store where I live so when I travel and see one my car kinda drives itself there. lol.

Love Skechers, it's my everyday shoe and have owned dozens through the years. Staff are always great and helpful. Just went in to buy a few pair and the security guy with unkept hair and glasses was stalking me throughout the store. This isn't the first time and I refuse to shop when he is there. I am going to Albuquerque instead. He is very creepy and makes shopping in your store very unenjoyable.
