“I was nervous about sending ($$$) micaceous pottery and even though insured, the sentimental value made the pieces irreplaceable. Walker did an excellent job of safely wrapping, packing and double packing my pieces which were then sent via UPS for delivery from Santa Fe to Florida. He gave me a follow up call to let me know when the pieces had in fact shipped and a tentative delivery date. Everything arrived safely. I love shops like this that offer personalized service and are committed to providing for their customers' needs in a friendly way. As I waited, serval other folks came in needing various things and all commented how much they appreciated that a shop like this still existed. They are very well liked. The actual costs of shipping is outrageous nowadays and is n-o-t in control of Pack Ship & Mail. You can not ding them for that! On a side note, I did explore the possibility of packing everything myself and taking it directly to the shipper. The cost of packing materials alone was 4x what it cost through the shop and simply not worth my time. All in all, my experience was very positive and yes, I recommend their services!”

“Hard to fine but when you do great customer service. They are off the street and in the back. They just put up a new sign so it's a little bit easier to find them. Super friendly, very nice and helpful customer service. Usually they do business to business and they were very kind and getting me just a small amount of wrapping paper. Great value!”

“Needed to ship a small package overnight. The UPS employee working (didn’t catch his name) was a huge help. He walked me through creating a label and then he gave me all the shipping options. Very polite and friendly and he helped three people at once and never missed a beat. The building doesn’t scream UPS shipping store but the service was top-notch compared to any standalone UPS store I’ve used.”
