Was a former employee got fired today from purchasing from a donor. The loss prevention man was very rude accused me of stealing them. I will be going to corporate on this subject matter. On the phone interview he was very unprofessional and rude. Yes the conversation got heated between parties. Other than that the staff overall was good just the loss prevention man was very rude.

SAVERS is a billion dollar racket. Rude employees at the drive up, NASTY, sleazy part of town, dirty store. I'll be donating exclusively to Salvation Army from now on. I'd rather put things in the trash than donate to this outfit.

The store in Santa fe is dirty & stinks! I agree the employees are very rude & in most cases just down right mean! And everything is way over priced!!
Savers is NOT a non-profit but operates under the umbrella as a non profit sleazy store!

A couple of employees were rude,and accusing me of theft! I'm giving 1 star because of the unprofessional attitudes of a few employees.Also because of whoever lied and accused me of theft.I bring my own bags.Security actually checked my bags which had a bottle of water.I dont appreciate the accusations! This happened June 11 2024 I'm a senior and usually go to savers on Tuesday.The management needs to get to the bottom of this. It upset me that one of the store employees was rude,and told lies about me.Im 61 yrs old and I don't steal! This would upset anyone to be accused of something like that! I've been a loyal customer at Savers since they opened.The good thing is the management had a talk with the employees and made sure they don't ever falsely accuse me again.The management was very professional and apologized for the way these employees treated me.I doubt I'll get an apology from the employees who treated me very unprofessional! I know the name of the main employee who accused me twice of theft.She had the gall to tell the new Security that I was a regular shoplifter! I won't mention her name.If she sees me again an apology would really mean a lot.Im seriously thinking about emailing the main headquarters in Washington State,and complaing on all 3 employees who accused me of stealing! I bring my own bags.Sometimes my bags will have items from other stores.Yet I always have my receipts! I have to ride the city bus.I don't have the luxury of a vehicle like the employees who accused me on 2 different days of stealing.Im seriously thinking about asking the employees for an apology! I have a lot of anxiety thinking about shopping at Savers again! I'm sure the main Management in Washington wouldn't want a loyal customer to feel like I do.I started going to Savers when they first opened.I loved shopping there! I got really angry when Security told me a couple of employees said I was a regular shoplifter! They asked me to leave the store that day! If the employee who started this reads my review, an apology would mean a lot.I can't just forget about my horrible experience!

Today was my birthday, and it has been ruined by this experience. I was just kicked out of the Santa Fe Savers, I have no idea why, I was using the bathroom when all of a sudden the older lady that was working opened the bathroom door and yelled "you have five minutes to leave", when I got out of the bathroom she informed me that I had to leave the building, no explanation as to why, and in an extremely rude and embarrassing manner, as I left I needed to call my wife who was still in the store as she had our car keys, I stopped for one second to get my phone out, and the lady whom was following me outside again informed me I needed to leave the property. The only reason I can assume I was asked to leave was because of the way I was dressed, I was wearing a red beanie, baggy hippie patch pants, and a cherry festival shirt, perhaps she assumed I was doing drugs in the bathroom, idk like I said I was given no explanation. I have never been asked to leave a building before, and this was extremely embarrassing.

I usually have a good experience but today was something else when I was checking out I ask one of the works is they take Apple Pay and she ignored me because she was on the phone and when I got there attention I asked again they said yea but if it doesn't work I don't know what you want me to do and I asked her if she knew someone who could help me and she said I'm the only one up here and when I said I only have Apple Pay she rolled her eyes and said I don't know what you want me to do

Beware electronics specially! Bring all your own testing gear- tape, CD, cables… they have not tested, will not, and are happy to sell you non working junk. With no discussion of exchange. I spent $27 on a tape deck that had to go in the dumpster.

Savers in Santa Fe was once a fun place to give and shop. When management changed a few years back it changed drastically after covid and no longer the same stote going downhill fast. It's always filthy without effort to keep it clean. Merchandise is scattered across the shelves and never neat mixed in with a lot broken and unworking thimgs you can't test or bring back for an exchange or refund. The pricing of items is arbitrary and never consistent while becoming very overpriced. Whatever the method used it doesn't work! There's constant stealing that takes place in the store. Why have security if they can't do anything to stop it? There's been an exodus of friendly and hard working staff with only a few left that are still working there. Now theirs unfriendly and inflexible staff who walk around as if they own the store while treating people indifferently. A manager unwilling to do what's right when needed for it's customer base. This makes for a terrible environment for people having to work in. A manager not highly degreed and inadequately trained that's easily overwhelmed with running the day to day operations of a store like Savers. A manager who's not always friendly only when wanting to be. New management is needed that's going to be proactive with store employees and it's customer base for success. Santa is a giving city of nice things that don't always make it to the shelves. I know this from my own personal experience of giving and not seeing it put out for sale?

Store is dirty, staff are not friendly or helpful . Unfortunately, I had Ashley helping me, she was surely unfriendly took the glass out of my hand that I was trying to show the price difference. One glass had 429×2 the other glass same thing had a price tag of 149. I asked if I could just buy them both and she said no, and she was taking the sticker off the other one putting it somewhere else and I said why won’t you let me just buy both of them and she was very rude. She was chewing gum very unprofessional wasn’t very tidy looks somewhat untidy. I then called back. She hung the phone up on me. I called back again to speak to the so-called manager. I was trying to get him to listen to me and he kept shutting me off and I said look, I’m just trying to get you to listen to what I have to say and then eventually he just hung up on me as well Will not be back at that store. Looks like those people need a little bit of training and Customer Service . I realize it’s a cheap store but you don’t have to be mean.

I walk in , didn’t want my little electric bike to get stolen , so put it in the middle part of the walk in , the lady was really rude. It wasn’t bothering anyone , or in the way. I’ll never shop at savers.
