I took Luna’s Yoga therapy classes back in 2010 during the hardest time of my life at Santa Fe Trauma Treatment Center. The practice was calming, relieving anxiety from my mind. Stretching exercises helped reducing my body stiffness. Later I was looking to find easy, calming yoga classes to continue my treatment and I had a hard time finding something easy and friendly for beginners. Santa Fe Yoga Therapy is a right place for balancing your health. I highly recommend it

I have been practicing yoga with Luna for two years now, and look forward to it every week! Luna is able to design each class to ensure that every student participates in a complete practice, while still giving individual attention to those who may have a particular need that week. The bonus is that I sleep so well that evening! Thank you, Luna!

In the past year, Luna’s yoga classes have strengthened my core and my knees in preparation for bilateral knee surgery. Each class is a little different and NEVER boring. As the newest student in the class, I always feel encouraged by Luna and the other students. I look forward to returning to class in a few months to continue healing my body and spirit.??

I have been practicing yoga with Luna for many, many years and have tried many different classes in town. I find this to be the most effective practice because she takes personal interest in her students - it is challenging but not hard. I look forward to class every week.
