TV did not have any signal. Pillows are cheap and lumpy. Breakfast food had no flavor. No bible in nightstand. No microwave. This is a below average motel not hotel.

Gnats in room , numerous charging stations in room ,half worked

Sheets and towels stained. Blood stains on floor. Someone stole the wheel off my locked bike in the parking lot. Didn’t feel like a safe area.

The stay itself was fine. The location is in a good spot, and a cute hotel aesthetically. However, we were charged $15 daily for amenities on site. The amenities being the pool, gym, 24 hr desk service. Desk service was a little dismissive and not very professional. I overlooked it. But upon making our way to the room, we noticed the pool was closed and drained, the gym was in a different building number/pretty run down, and desk was not open 24/7 as we needed something from the lobby at 6am and lobby was closed with doors locked. So one has to wonder..what are these amenities people are paying $15/day for? The place itself as long as you don’t mind an older motel vibe, is designed cute. Walls thin, but we aren’t picky so it wasn’t that bothersome. If you just want a cute quick stay with friends, it works fine. However, pricey given quality. Breakfast was good, and the onsite bar was a nice add on. I will say drinks are expensive for what it was—$15/cocktail and slow service. I just didn’t see why they didn’t offer to discount the amenities fee from our stay given the pool closed, super small gym , and service desk not 24 hours. It felt a little sketchy—like a rip off. Other nicer hotels offer twice the quality amenities with NO hidden fee. Just something to keep in mind if you’re staying here.

This place did its job by housing us for a night. But don’t expect anything nice. This is a motel, not a hotel.
I'm not sure why they put us in the room they did, when they clearly had a ton of rooms available, but we were placed directly below someone and directly next to someone else. The walls are thin and we could hear the people above us walking around and dropping things.
The rooms were clearly poorly renovated. I could see ripped up carpet fibers sticking out from the ends of the flooring they redid. They were poorly measured when placed and honestly I’m not sure if the carpet was even ripped up given how much saw in front of the bathroom vanity.
The breakfast was also not great. I’m not sure what all the reviews about breakfast burritos is about because there were none. It was a hot breakfast which eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, oatmeal, etc. but it lacked flavor or was dry at best or was just bad. The salsas managed to save some of it, but go eat somewhere else.
This place is pet friendly which is nice. We had our dog with us and she did fine. There is a grassy field behind the motel and the rail yard across at the front so there are plenty of places to walk your dog.
This place is also very close to many walkable areas in Santa Fe. There are a bunch of coffee shops and restaurants and the main square is also maybe a 20 minute walk.
The pillows and old, lumpy and stained and the sheets on the bed are see through. And the mattress is not very comfortable as well.
If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive place to stay with your pet for a night, this could be the place for you.
Rooms: Room wasn’t as clean as it could be but was fine. Poorly renovated as there were carpet fibers sticking out from underneath the vinyl floor they covered it with.
Nearby activities: Rail yard was across the street. Also I believe there is a brewery there.
Safety: We were at the back of the complex so it seemed safe. But lock your cars.
Walkability: Super walkable area. Lots of stuff within a 20 minute walk. Tons of coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was not great. Eggs were bad, pancakes had no flavor, biscuits and sausage were dry.
Noteworthy details: The rooms were poorly renovated. Beds had thin sheets, pillows were lumpy. Room did have a fridge and microwave though.

The front desk clerk was very robotic and had no personality. She was busy chatting with some boy showing each other stuff on their cell phones while I stood there waiting. I had to just walk up to the counter to disrupt their conversation.

Bugs in the room, floor dirty, sink clogged. Don't stay in any rooms by Whole Foods garbage pick up area. It is extremely loud early in the morning. Being charged 15.00 for "Xperience Xclusives" is a joke.

This is a motel not a hotel, and its dirty and nasty. The owners purposely call it a hotel to trick guests into staying here.

Picture on site and Google are misleading. It desperately needs a remodel. Just an old motel, nothing more. Don’t pay more than $150 at most

This hotel is not worth the price. I traveled with a group and of the 4 rooms among us, 2 of the showers did not drain. Additionally, we all had issues with the WiFi. Finally, the price charged to my card was higher than what was quoted on the website and in my reservation confirmation. On the bright side, the bus to and from the town center was great!

The hotel is not quite worth what they charge. I stayed with a group of friends and we had a few issues, in two of the rooms - the shower did not drain. In my room the wifi did not consitently reach, flickering on and off quite a bit (more off than on). We were also charged for more than we were quoted/reserved for due to a 15$ per day fee added on amenities (possibliy?). I reserved for a rate of 153$ for 4 nights and in the end got charged 767$.

Please be aware! Our room was infested with small black bugs on our shower curtain and in our bed. I came home with scabies. We don’t recommend you stay here. The front staff was cursing in Spanish for everybody near to hear,, very unprofessional.
