Not a great experience for my first time at this location. I had my battery tested elsewhere because my car was acting like it wanted to die several times after starting it and it tested weak so I had go to the dealership to get it replaced because they were the only ones that could do it. I called and made an appointment and told them what I needed and asked for a quote for the price of the battery . They quoted me right under $200. I dropped it off at noon for my 1 pm appt. They said it would take2-4 hours. I called around 3:30 pm to get an update ( they closed at 5). They sent me an email/ text update with a quote for $3600 to replace the struts and an alignment. I asked them what about the battery I brought it in for? The guy didn’t know and had to call me back.At this point it was 4:30 and I hadn’t heard back so I drive over there before they closed. I got there and they said they didn’t show anything for the battery so I asked them to explain the problems I was having with my car and that my regular mechanic told me he thought it was the battery but couldn’t replace it because it was dealership only. It also tested bad at another place I took it to.So I sat there until about 5 pm and they came back and said they were going to replace it. I asked if there was something wrong with it and they said it’s old so they are going to replace it.So I waited till about 6:15 ( an hour and 15 minutes after they closed for them to actually do what I brought it in for at 12 pm.And it cost me $560 for the battery which was way more than what they quoted me. When I left I asked if they were going to wash it since it was supposed to be complimentary and they said there wasn’t time and I had to bring it back the next day.Really frustrating experience.I’ve had this car for two years ( it’s a 2018 BMW X3). I bought it as an extra car for work since I would in two cities throughout the year. I’ve put about $5000 into it for various things that I never had to replace on other newer cars I’ve owned for 5 plus years. I can’t wait to get rid of this car. It’s my first and last experience with BMW. And yo top it off I found out it depreciated $10,000 in the past two years and I bought it used in 2022! Waste of an investment on a car I was told had low service maintenance and kept its value.

Robert was exceptional during the whole service process. Not only he found out about an extended warranty that the part had, but also provided transportation to and from my home while the repairs were being done. Great service!

Robert Corriz was one of the best service writers I’ve done business with at any shop, and especially at a dealership. Honest and smart. Sad to see he is working with Minis now as he is a really great and polite guy.

I had a very positive used car purchase experience at Santa Fe BMW. Susan was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment to test drive the vehicle I purchased. She also picked me up from the train station on the day I took possession of the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

James was very attentive and patient, he showed me how to work every feature in the car very patiently. I loved my experience. Ive gone to other dealerships before and have never had such an amazing and quick experience. Also, Abraham was very nice and helpful, he was persistent to find the best dates possible and ultimately he found it!Im very thankful for the service i received at BMW, im going to recommend going there to everyone I know!

I took my X5 in for warranty service. The car sat for a week. I finally called and was told I had to come in and drive the car around with the service tech. Did so and left the car there for another week. No work was done because they ordered the wrong parts and were waiting for the delivery of the right parts. Picked up the car and took it home to wait for a call that the right parts had been delivered. 10 days later, no call, no part, no warranty repairs. What is wrong with this place?

So responsive and helpful. No pressure experience. James Day was wonderful, as was Abraham in finance. I never once felt stressed or uninformed.

I am always greatly satisfied when I come to Santa Fe BMW. I bought my first BMW here and the service was amazing. My salesman Mr. Rael was amazing and informative and the service department with Mr. Robert continues to provide me with great customer service. They are friendly, honest, and willing to answer any questions I have. Overall, a good experience so far for the last year.

We brought our Mini in for maintenance. Robert Corriz helped us. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He greeted us with a smile and talked us through the diagnostic. We got our car back in a couple of hours, and it ran great! Thank you for your help, Robert!

Had service done by BMW Santa Fe, like I've always done in the past but, it seems that the technicians there are not as great as they should be and because, of this I've been thinking of leaving and taking my business elsewhere but, Robert Corriz. he's a great service advisor and because of him, I'm going to keep going to BMW for my service, as long as he is there to take care of me Robert Corriz, has made all of BMW's wrongs right and in my opinion he has great has customer service and knows how to keep customers. thank you Robert for all you do for me.

I want to give a shout out to Robert. My Mini Cooper needed a new engine and the customer service was stellar. Robert immediately took the initiative and contacted my insurance and did the leg work. He did an exceptional job advocating with my insurance to obtain a new engine and tire. He kept me posted frequently and gave me a lovely loaner since it would take several weeks to replace the engine. Robert's attention to detail was awesome and he always had a smile on his face. I could not be happier with my new engine and the amazing exceptional customer service. Thank you!

I am very disappointed in their service and customer relations. There's a new "clown" called Robert with the team who is very rude, uncivilized, and very unprofessional. He tried to dictate to me what he wants me to do on my car instead of what I want to do on my car. When I refuted his suggestion, he then purported that my service request was not going to be done, thus, if I do not agree to the request he was suggesting. Additionally, I requested that this "gentleman" provide me with a breakdown of services being done and associated price for each request, which he never did, yet gave me a total service price of $1500. Ridiculous right? Anyways he then accused me falsely of threatening him because I had told him I was not happy with their service, lack of communication, and clarity in dealings. After stating my displeasure, the oppressor now turns victim and purports that I am threatening him.Just a quick refresher on the definitions of threat:expressing or suggesting a threat of harm, danger, etc.I would like to further explore legally how my interaction is characterized by threat when in fact I am being threatened that my service request will not be done if I do not agree to/with the service manager's terms. Since the allegations purported by Robert (staff at BMW Santa Fe) are intentionally defamatory, racist, and oppressive in nature, I will explore "legal" avenues as means of remedying this situation.Additionally, since the encounter happened on a space owned by BMW Santa Fe, I would expect that BMW be responsible in training staff to better engage with its customers in a polite, unaccusatory, non racist, non exploitative, and respectful manner.Just a quick note, I have three other individuals that I referred to BMW that are complaining about the same individual-Robert, regarding how unprofessional he was and how bad they were treated. I do not think this is good for business. In conclusion, I WILL NOT USE SANTA FE BMW AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND SANTA FE BMW TO YOU

Very dissapointed in this business. Sold my 18 year old a car way over blue book value, and needing over 5000 plus in repairs within 3 months. unwilling to assist in any way and insist they did thorough inspection prior to sale. If purchasing from this company be sure to have the actual make dealership do inspection, within the 15 day warranty period, as I am certain they do not disclose defects on their used vehicles. Sales people very nice-and WILL get the sale!
