First off, the person I made the reservation with was very low energy, skipped steps and was not courteous…. I scheduled to get my break pads fixed and have a loaner vehicle for a 2014 mini cooper. I show up, no one is in the building, I have to go and find someone to help, they told me to go around the corner to the service desk, I did, nobody was there, I returned, told them there was no one in the service department. I waited 25 minutes before even chatting with someone.
The whole time the staff was talking about how Tesla does a better job than Sandía BMW does, and has an app that makes things easier, pretty much talking crap about Sandias process.
I finally give them my keys to fix replace my brake pads and they tell me to wait 40 minutes. 1 hour later, I get a call and they don’t have my brake pads in stock.
So I return to pick up my car, still can’t find anyone in the whole place, so I yell “hello, hello, anyone here?” Someone comes out, has no idea where my car is. I wait another 20 minutes (as I write this review) to just get my car back….. I still have t gotten my keys…. Still waiting….
On top of all of this, I was supposed to get a loaner vehicle, they don’t have any available, so I miss two really important client meetings….
1 and half hours of my time wasted, Nothing was fixed and I’m driving away extremely unhappy….. I will never come back here and I will 100% recommend Albuquerque BMW over Santa Fe.
To add even more disappointment, After the reply from the general manager (below), I sent him an email for him to contact me, And I was totally ignored…. I’m definitely going to Albuquerque, This is the most unprofessional business I’ve seen in a long time, I waited four days for a response and still haven’t gotten anything back

The buying process was incredibly smooth. The salesman to the financial and sales manager were so personable and friendly… however, the only complaint that I do have is that the used car I purchased wasn’t too clean upon taking ownership nor was the gas tank filled and a few loose components were discovered inside of the car. In all the cars I have ever purchased, making sure the car was good to go was always done. Aside from that only complaint, everything went well and I highly recommend doing business with SF BMW.

Wonderful service at Santa Fe BMW. My wife and I were traveling from LA to DC over multiple days. The cars front tires seemed pretty dead and unstable. Sons car! We called and they fit us in and we had the tires replaced. A big shout out to Estoban in Service who explained things patiently and we made some educated choices. Back to our travels now and feel much safer. Wonderful place to get any work done.

Had service done by BMW Santa Fe, like I've always done in the past but, it seems that the technicians there are not as great as they should be and because, of this I've been thinking of leaving and taking my business elsewhere but, Robert Corriz. he's a great service advisor and because of him, I'm going to keep going to BMW for my service, as long as he is there to take care of me Robert Corriz, has made all of BMW's wrongs right and in my opinion he has great has customer service and knows how to keep customers. thank you Robert for all you do for me.

Service check in was not the best. Only rep was overwhelmed and waited on a customer that came in well after me while I was sitting waiting right in front of him. Work performed seemed well done, they did have a loaner car which was nice, but unfortunately the vehicle was filthy, both inside & out.
